We are from the UK. We had a two night stay. Most enjoyable. The restaurant is well suited to vegans and vegetarians, the food was very very good. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive always making sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I have a bad back and unfortunately the bed was a bit hard for me. The only down side, there was some mechanical noise that could be heard through the night from our room, 116. Our chamber maid was lovely and made us a towel sculpture of two swans on our bed, a nice surprise. The bell boy, Jagannath was amazing. He carried our heavy cases to the car refusing any help. Please tell him I mentioned him in this review he deserves the recognition. A great sanctuary from a busy site seeing day.

Over all experience of valley view hotel is very good staff is very cooperative house keeping staff santosh and Akshay are very humble and nice people from hotel everyone is very good and helpful as my son is on wheelchair chair we got help from everyone thank you very much

This was the first ferns hotel in mahabaleshwar... the property has been maintained veey well doesn't look its that old .. we all enjoyed our stay at Valley View Beacon Mahabaleshwar... HK staffs Mr. Santosh Karande & Akshay were very polite and their services were very satisfied...

Stayed 2 nights in spremium deluxe rooms. Overall stay was average nothing exceptional good or bad.
Good
- Clean rooms and bathrooms
- Quick service and housekeeping
- Good lawn at back side
Not Good
- Rooms did not have any good view and were close to reception and parking
- It was noisy during night and early morning due to checkin / checkout and rooms not having proper noise isolation
- No dorm facility for driver

I absolutely love the resort, their staff from house-keeping ( Sunita, Rahul and Santosh Kharande) to dining room to reception. Its a must visit for every traveller once in a lifetime. And for kids there is a-play area, ground for walk and play area for adults too. SO COME SOON.

The location is amazing, offering a mesmerizing view of the valley. The services and hospitality provided by the entire staff are prompt. The rooms are clean and hygienic. A special thank you to the reception and housekeeping team leaders, Santosh and Santosh, for accommodating special requests. The entire team is cooperative.

Stay was pleasant at the resort, executive vally view room has excellent view from private balcony of the room.Over all staff is good and helpful Santosh Karande housekeeping incharge is very helpfull person.Food quality is also good.Approac road is little small and shabby apart from that there is no issue with the property.
