It is my favorite Disney hotel, but it needs urgent MAINTENANCE. The ball park: the tube to suck balls has not worked for months or years; the broken pieces or game pieces have not been replaced. The Kraken ship has all the buttons that do not work. The pool is cold... The 4DX room has 8 seats that do not work and it is very sad. Breakfast no longer includes yogurt, and they do not offer anything hot beyond drinks. It is important that they improve now, for the price you pay. It could be much better.

Very pleasantly surprised. We were given a room when we arrived at 8am. Very close to Disneyland. Free shuttle bus available. Very good.

it's a hotel that I already knew, for me it's the best for children, I organize myself in a way to go to Disney but also to spend time in the hotel since the children have fun in the swimming pool, parks and even if you pay for virtual reality.
But the structure that could offer so much is very neglected, the cleaning is superficial, the carpets in the corridors and rooms are dirty.
The staff cannot be generalized, you find the one very nice and kind even if we don't speak the same language and there are those who are very unpleasant even if they understand you well.
The breakfast is good. Very high prices inside the hotel.
However the stay was nice for adults and children, even if inside the structure it seems there is no heating, leaving the pool from 30 degrees with the children to a cold of maybe 8-10 degrees, you have to walk around inside with jackets and I came home with one of the children with a cold and a fever.

The power was out for a few hours on the first day of our stay...the conditions were very bad. Bad attitude at the front desk. Two bottles of mineral water were left to the front desk for accounting. no! You have to ask me to go to the room to get the card and cash to pay. Communicate for half a day! The front desk service at this hotel is garbage! Don't stay here!

The hotel in all was very well located. Service was somewhat limited. There was no iron for cloths and breakfast selection was very limited. Hot tea chocolate or coffee. Croissant bread and cakes. Sliced meats and fruits only
