Ngamta Hotel

The hotel is very well located. And that's the only positive point I would have to give it. For everything else it's catastrophic. The bed is hard as a rock. The pillows are not comfortable and too high. Waking up with back pain. The room is dark. The safe does not work. The lighting in the room leaves something to be desired. It looks like the lighting in a morgue. There were only 2 tiny windows in the room. The curtains don't hide anything. The bathroom is from another time. Otherwise the soundproofing leaves something to be desired. We could hear everything that was happening in the street. The upstairs neighbors were “moving in” at 10:30 p.m. The chairs in the room are dirty. They have never been cleaned since their acquisition. The photos speak for themselves The front door is difficult to open and the bathroom door to close. Brief !!!! The atmosphere in the room is gloomy. The staff is not very present. The receptionist is still friendly. Let's come to breakfast: move on and go eat outside. For my part, I had an omelette: it was more like omelette oil. We had no side dishes, fruit or juice. For coffee they only offer soluble. We found ourselves having to go outside for breakfast. Nice when you pay for a service. The decoration in general is extremely kitschy. Plastic flowers. Decoration from another time. Looks like this hotel is stuck in the 80's. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel. So if you have the choice don’t go there! Everything that is written is absolutely not exaggerated. Too expensive for what it is
