The mosquitoes are terrible. I got 5 bites in the toilet last time. The design is OK. The service attitude is good, but the management is not good. The electric car can only be picked up by its own butler, which is very inconvenient.

Das nenn ich perfekten Urlaub. Bereits am Flughafen persönlich abgeholt und in eigener Lounch versorgt. Bei Ankunft im Resort persönlich am Pier begrüsst und durch den Host durch das ganze Resort geführt. Fantastische Zeit mit super kulinarischen Leckereien, Riesenauswahl und top Service bis zum Schluss. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder... Vielen Dank!!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The arrival by seaplane was nothing short of spectacular, offering breathtaking views and setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. Upon landing, I was warmly greeted (by Sultan) at the jetty with welcome drinks, and the management team came out personally to extend their hospitality—a truly special and memorable touch. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The dining experience was equally impressive, with every restaurant serving delicious, beautifully presented dishes. The restaurant staff (Ned, Billy, Sebastian, Ayu, Unguyem, Sali, Vin_na, and many more), were incredibly attentive, always checking in to ensure I had everything I needed. A highlight was when the chefs personally came out to ask about the food, adding a personal and thoughtful touch. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after a long day. Every detail, from the elegant décor to the thoughtful amenities, was exceptional. This hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and welcoming getaway. I can’t wait to return!

The location, service and staff were exceptional. They took care of everything from arrival at Male airport till departure- check in. every step of the way there was staff member to meet and assist you. In the many resorts and 5 star hotels i have stayed at never experienced such exceptional service.

We have just come back from 10 nights and wanted to quickly send a review to thank all the staff for making our holiday a memorable one even though the weather was not great. The Resturant staff managed by Ned were great and we really enjoyed chatting to them and loved their humour. But a particular shout out to "Sandip" who managed Mirus Bar and looked after the beach area with a great team of staff. Leading from the front setting a very high standard of service, showing all guests respect with no request too much. When the weather was poor he made sure anyone in the bar was made to feel at home. Lastly his cocktails were the best we have had and we have had a lot. If it was just for this I would give a 5* review. But there are a few things that lost it the last * which was not down to staff. The resort is set up for short visits not the 10 days we spent there. Although the quality of food was good it needs more dining options and not a fish BBQ three times a week. Twice is more than enough. Also considering its in a great location for snorkelling and water sports it is not structured to support novice or limited skilled guests who do want to go out into the water. It could give free or cheaper snorkel excursions a few times a week and push the Manta Ray snorkelling more to fill a boat rather than just sell as personal excursions which is costly for one or two people. That said thank you everyone for looking after us!
