I had an exceptional experience at poppys hotel . From the moment I arrived, the staff provided outstanding service, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly helpful in offering local recommendations. My room was immaculately clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. Housekeeping was attentive and thorough, keeping everything pristine. I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!”

I had a short stay here. Front office staff were very courteous and welcoming. Rooms were satisfactory. Had dinner in the restaurant. Food taste was good . The worst experience was during next day breakfast . Very poor attitude shown by the waiters, Apathetic and not caring for the guest. Their service was horrible. Just due to this one horrible experience , I left the hotel with a very bad feeling and will not recommend this hotel for anyone even for a short stay

My wife and I had an exceptional stay in the hotel ….. the room, food and service was top notch. All staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable but one staff stood out completely …. Ms Kala. Her engaging smile, knowledge of the area, and proactively seeking to enhance service to us is beyond words. Thank you Ms Kala…. From Mr and Mrs Sivakumar.

The restaurant is also very good. The staff is also very courteous and helpful. Special mention for Kala. She is very helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable. I would also recommend this hotel, I had a very pleasant and hassle free stay and trip thanks to entire staff of Poppys
