Overall, the hotel is good and located at a strategic location, but during checked in, they gave me a room that already occupied. When I opened the door, I saw it was occupied and quickly went down to reception. The receptionist just changed me another room with a straight face without saying anything. It seems like it quite frequently happens at the hotel. It may be not safe for a solo traveller like me.

Within a ten-minute walk from the train station, there are many restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. It is also very close to Parque de El Retiro. It's not far to walk to the city center. The staff are helpful and polite. The room is large and fully equipped. Very good stay experience.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Prado Museum, the Royal Palace of Madrid, and the city center. We basically walked to all the attractions in the city, and it is not far from the train station. We walked around the city center on the day we arrived, and just walked to the Retiro Park, watched the sunset, and walked back to the hotel. There are also many places to eat near the hotel. When we first checked in, we were given a warm cookie, which was so heartwarming. There is an ironing board and iron in the room, which is very considerate. We used it. Other hotels we stayed in during the trip really didn't have irons and ironing boards. Shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap are all British Crabtree and Evelyn, which smells good. The room we stayed in is relatively large and soundproof. There are a few breakfast varieties, but the waiter asked us what we wanted to drink on the first day, tea or coffee. He remembered our preferences on the second day. The receptionist at the front desk was very polite. He greeted us with a smile every time we entered and exited. This enthusiasm was particularly contagious. On the first day of arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very considerate and gave us a map and told us the approximate walking distance, time, and popular attractions. We had a very pleasant 2 days!

Location’s really good. Very near the Gran Via station, minutes away from Merkado de San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

We mentioned that it was our honeymoon and they gave us a bottle of wine and a dessert cake for my birthday. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Our stay was amazing, really lovely hotel, I'll recommend it 100% and we'll definitely be back.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for shopping and going to and from the airport. The hotel facilities are also very new, much better than expected. The service staff are also very enthusiastic and respond very quickly.

Almost everywhere with an Edition, you will hear this. The location of the Edition in Lisbon is good. The decoration is still the style I like. But the sound insulation is too poor. I can hear everything the neighbors say clearly. I suspect that the wall is just a partition. The bed next door hits the wall every hour. It is impossible to rest well. If you don't have sleep problems, you can choose it with confidence.

Beautiful property in the middle of bustling Madrid. The personnel is friendly, attentive, and courteous, and the interior decor is creative and unusual. Great breakfast with a bunch of variety! The one negative was that we had two rooms booked facing a courtyard with no views, which made me feel claustrophobic, so try to avoid these rooms whenever possible.

I booked a room for a client and I had already paid for it. The hotel front desk system did not find it. Fortunately, I arranged for staff to accompany the client to check in, otherwise it would have affected my client's experience. There was a problem with the account system of the international chain hotel. It is hard to understand.

You just can’t go wrong with the Four Seasons. The staffs are very professional and everything was just perfect! The lobby bar has a huge Christmas tree. We had a drink at the bar and the cocktail was really good. Highly recommended
