Communication was a horror story. The apartment was great and the location was ok too, however they changed the location from the original reservation.

The property was ok, clean, had supplies in the kitchen, very centric, good connection to the Wi-Fi, but if you live outside of Europe you will need an adaptor to charge your devices.

A great flat, with a walkable distance to most of the old town touristy stuff. There was a kitchen with all the appliances needed for our 4 day stay. Bathroom with amenities. 1st bedroom is on the main floor. 2nd bedroom IS UP A LADDER in an attic loft. We did like the keyless entry. The flat is small but with 4 adults (2 couples) we didn’t feel cramped in. Lots of local restaurants with in feet of the door. There is a small ground floor communal terrace.

So we stayed here multiple times for about 3 weeks total. Saw 3 different apartments across those stays. The rooms had almost everything you need for an extended visit to Madrid. The location is great. Fridge is sizeable. Stoves are induction so if you are addicted to coffee make sure your stovetop machine is induction capable. The only slight issue we had was some water damage in one of our rooms necessitated us moving to a second room so they could address. But the staff was totally supportive and communicative (via WhatsApp) during all that.

This magnificent accommodation, very well located in the heart of Madrid, would be perfect if its access was not subject to prior registration via the internet, which was more than laborious! Be careful not to do it at the last moment from your phone in front of the closed door of the building... Despite this, customer service correctly helped us by telephone, from Germany... In addition, the recommended parking does not exist more ! Fortunately, parking is available in the same street but at a price of €20 per day which is really not cheap and increases the overall cost of the apartment. Otherwise it's magnificent, huge, very clean and nicely decorated!
