Overall average. The hotel is near Puerta del Sol. It has access control. You can press the bell or swipe your card to enter. I feel the security is pretty good. The first floor is bright and warm, and the first impression is pretty good. The receptionist is older and has a general attitude. When I entered the room, I saw that the facilities and sanitation were just average. It seemed like a private house had been renovated. The elevator is quite fun. If you press the button for this floor, it will slowly rise or fall to this floor. Then you have to open the elevator door quickly, otherwise it will leave. It was my first time to take this kind of elevator. I didn’t see it at first, so I carried my suitcase and climbed two floors.
