The room is ok, but the bed is small. Two beds of about 0.8-0.9 are put together. The mattress is very soft. The mattress is low on both sides and uncomfortable. The drainage in the room smells bad. It smells like pickles. It smells bad all night and makes sleeping very uncomfortable! The service is not good or bad. I feel that the service facilities are not as good as those of domestic hotels. The location is good, about 5 minutes walk from the subway station. The scenic spots can be reached within half an hour by car. The front desk of the hotel was very friendly and allowed us to check in early and also allowed us to add free members to check out later. The hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable overall. I will consider staying here again

The VOCO is a very good hotel, located in an area where everything is within reach and at the same time it is peaceful because of the small street that provides access. The Metro is about 300m away and therefore connected to all of Madrid. Very comfortable room and luxury sheets!
