The hotel is located about 1.5 kilometers away from the nearest subway station. There is a supermarket at the door and a bus directly to Plaza Madrid, which is very convenient.

Worse than the hostels in China in the 1990s. Only the hotel lobby was decorated to get a star rating. The service is extremely poor.
I definitely don't recommend it!

Terrible experience, not friendly staff, dirty room toilet, we asked to leave our suitcases because we were going to Valencia one day and came back again because it was already paid for for another two days and they did not deny it, we asked what we could do and they told us to talk to the porter, it would be logical It was not there because it was one in the morning and we were traveling at 7. That logical day we missed breakfast, we came back and went down to have breakfast and I requested two fried eggs and they denied them, there was no bacon, sausages or fruit, I waited and asked what was happening and They told me now they are replacing it, we didn't have internet in the room, and at the end of the day we were leaving the hotel I moved the seat and there was an envelope full of dust that contained a spoon, it is unheard of that this happens and the staff lacks a lot of friendliness, which evil

The whole environment is very good. The hotel is in a residential area. It is safe and quiet. The breakfast is great. Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. The sound insulation of the room is not very good, but it does not affect your rest much.
