Un'esperienza straordinaria! A partire dalla location, nell'elegante quartiere di Salamanca e nella sofisticata cornice dell'Hotel Unico Madrid. Locale molto raffinato. Un servizio superbo, personale molto professionale, attento e premuroso. Lo Chef Ramon Freixa viene personalmente al tavolo all'arrivo per presentarsi e prendere l'ordine. Un caleidoscopio di sapori e consistenze, alcuni piu' delicati altri piu' decisi, sapori e ingredienti di Spagna mescolati a gusti piu' internazionali. Una chicca i filoncini di pane al cioccolato che ti vengono consegnati all'uscita, da gustare l'indomani a colazione, oltre alle praline di cioccolata fatte dai pasticcieri della cucina. Altamente consigliato.

El hotel Único me brinda comodidad, atención personalizada, un excelente desayuno bufet . Habitación y baño cómodos con ropa blanca de primera. Muy buena ubicación, en el barrio Salamanca. El personal es amable, correcto y muy dispuesto a lo que se necesite.

La atención exquisita por parte de todo el personal. Un hotel con mucho encanto en la mejor zona del barrio de Salamanca. Cenamos en el restaurante Ramón Freixa en el mismo hotel. Visitamos el hotel después de cenar en el restaurante de Ramón Freixa y sinceramente, nos encantó. Pudimos comprobar en primera persona todas las reseñas positivas que tiene el hotel; amabilidad, cercanía, muy buena atención. Destacar en especial el trato del cocktelero Slava que nos atendió y nos preparó el cóctel incluso fuera de su horario de trabajo. Por cierto, ¡el cóctel estaba espectacular! Además del trabajador que nos recibió en la puerta y Andrés, en la recepción. Por otro lado, reseñar la estética del hotel, cuidando hasta el más mínimo detalle y la muy buena ubicación del hotel; a un paso del Retiro y la Milla de Oro de Madrid. ¡No tenemos ninguna duda de que volveremos!

Solo estuvimos en el restaurante de Ramón Freixa, pero es más que recomendable para cualquier celebración. El ambiente, el servicio y la comida es una verdadera experiencia completa. Espectaculares los panes y el lomo de corzo. Muy recomendable sin duda.

This is an elegant and cozy hotel with excellent service of the staff! Since the moment you get in you feel like a family! Elena and Paula were very helpful but also the whole team. This hotel is located in the best area of Madrid with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops. This is the fourth time I have been in this hotel and would definitely recommend and come back!

Hemos cenado fenómeno y lo de los panes es un espectáculo. Sitio muy acogedor con un servicio estupendo y un menú muy agradable. Muy recomendable el maridaje, con vinos diferentes y de sitios muy variados. Merece la pena el precio por la experiencia que vives.
