Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ottimo servizio di ristorazione (cene pranzi e colazioni erano buonissime) con scelta varuegata, le stanze spaziose funzionali e pulite, centro benessere ben organizzato e zona relax top! Personale preparato e sempre disponibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Scegliamo questo hotel da anni e non ci delude mai Partendo dalla posizione favorevole per le piste e per il paese e arrivando alla pensione interna tutto perfetto ovviamente struttura bella pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli io ci tornerò ancora e dovreste provare anche voi

Siamo stati , presso questo hotel per tre giorni . Hotel pulito e in posizione tattica perchè a 5 minuti dal centro di Madonna di Campiglio e vicino all'imbocco per la strada per Pinzolo e ai principali sentieri della zona . Siamo stati accolti con molta cortesia e gentilezza alla reception . Camera pulita e ben tenuta con pavimento in parquet. Centro benessere non grandissimo ma dotato di tutti i confort: piscina idromassaggio sauna e bagno turco, zona relax con lettini ad acqua.Ottimo direi. Non posso esprimere un parere per il cibo perchè abbiamo solo pernottato e fatto colazione , ma posso dire che la colazione era abbondante con dolce e salato . otto o nove torte la mattina , briosch marmellate e tutto il necessario , una colazione da 4 stelle . Ottimo anche il garage al coperto , che fà sempre comodo. Ritorneremo sicuramente per testare la cucina . Fam.Filippini

Ottimo esempio di ospitalità, cortesia, professionalità dei proprietari e del personale .Sala ristorante con una piacevole atmosfera. Il maitre , Giuseppe, impeccabile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Ottimo il servizio e ottimi piatti, ben presentati e gustosi. Cibo eccellente. I ragazzi della sala ristorante estremamente cordiali. Camere pulite e letto comodissimo. Ho provato anche un trattamento al centro benessere e devo dire che la ragazza è preparatissima. Ci torneremo sicuramente !

Abbiamo appena alloggiato in questa struttura per 5 giorni. Siamo stati ottimamente. La posizione dell’hotel è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale. L’hotel è ben tenuto e curato sia all’esterno che all’interno. Sempre molto pulito (specialmente le camere) compreso la zona piscina e saune. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile e sempre pronto nel cercare di accontentare l’ospite. Camerieri premurosi e a disposizione. Pasti veramente ottimi (complimenti!) con scelte di portate variate e abbondanti. Colazione a buffet ben fornita (frutta, affettati, formaggi, uova, pancetta, confetture varie, ecc.). Se dovessimo capitare nuovamente a Madonna di Campiglio non esiterei a tornare.

bell'hotel, cordialità, buon cibo la SPA è piccola ma molto carina la piscina bella e a due passi dal centro personale cordiale ottima colazione e cena ***visto che è un hotel GREEN fate presente agli ospiti se vogliono l'acqua di sorgente alla spina che avete al ristorante piuttosto che portare direttamente acqua in bottiglia al costo di 3€

Nice hotel, clean rooms and common parts with good ski room and access to one of the ski lifts. For skiing, be aware that you can end up away from the hotel if you ski the “wrong” way back, and the only ski-in is a black run. If I had any criticism, it was the friendliness of the staff which I found relatively cold and uninterested in ensuring we had a good stay.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the hotel that showed great potential but could benefit from some restructuring. My overall experience was pleasant, although there might be some areas for improvements. On the good side: 1) the location is very near the Pradalago ski facility and just a 10 minutes walk from downtown, 2) a garage where you can conveniently park your car, 3) a very pleasant staff and a pretty amazing wine list. Areas for improvements: I spent one night in a junior suite which was quite outdated and needed a restructuring and the following nights in a family suite which was better, but still when raining, had an infiltration from the roof (luckily the infiltration was located in the toilet). Internet wi-fi sometimes was not working properly. Last but not least, I had good expectations from the hotel restaurant which were not fully met. This was my 4th time in Madonna di Campiglio and I have always stayed in 4 star hotels. I deem that in this case more efforts are required to claim the fourth star.
