Da diversi anni hotel di riferimento per le nostre vacanze invernali a Madonna di Campiglio. Posizione ottima vicina al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Titolari presenti ed attenti insieme al personale gentile e disponibile. Ristorante di alto livello, piatti ricercati e studiati nei minimi dettagli. Gli ambienti ampi e curati, ottima pulizia. Un comodo servizio navetta per raggiungere gli impianti. Valore aggiunto per chi ha bambini è il Kinder club gestito da Peppino che, con il suo staff, riesce a coinvolgere piccoli di tutte le età. Gli ampi spazi dedicati al gioco e al divertimento permettono ai bambini di passare tempo insieme dopo le ore sulle piste da sci e ai genitori di rilassarsi nell’area wellness. Una struttura dalle molteplici qualità che rende ogni vacanza sulla neve davvero speciale. Consigliatissimo!

Non postante la località bellissima Il personale ( Michele del bar si é mostrato indisponente e poco servizievole nei confronti mie che come ospite ha rischiesto un aperitivo e il cameriere non l ha voluto servire dicendo che il giorno precedente mi era caduta dell Acqua sul tavolo .

Vacanza perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista…hotel magnifico veramente, ho apprezzato molto il servizio della Spa e la stanza; le cene fatte in hotel, inoltre, sono state a mio avviso le più buone della settimana; un grazie speciale va poi a due ragazzi in particolare che lavorano qui, Gianni e Pietro, che abbiamo conosciuto fin dal primo giorno e che ci hanno servito a tavola con attenzione e simpatia lungo tutto l’arco della vacanza.

Siamo tornati allo Chalet del Brenta per il secondo anno consecutivo e ci siamo sentiti più che a casa! Siamo tornati perché i bambini non poteva più aspettare di rivedere Peppino ma quest’anno l’esperienza è stata davvero superiore. La calda accoglienza dei proprietari, la preziosa assistenza del personale della reception, i meravigliosi ragazzi in sala e, last but not least, i piatti eccellenti dello chef Massimo Restivo. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Lo sconsigliamo a tutte le famiglie con animali. C'hanno fatto pagare 54 euro al giorno per tre chihuahua di 2kg l'uno; nessuno spazio per portarli fuori! Neanche un cestino per buttare i bisogni! Mancanza di buon senso nel comprendere un contesto familiare fatto anche di cagnolini! Poca professionalità dimostrata soprattutto per la mancanza di capacità di comprendere la richiesta economica a dir poco assurda! Le stelle non sono affatto meritate! Almeno due di troppo! Spa utilizzata da bambini con tuffi a bomba! Impraticabile!

Hotel top. Top la stanza, top la posizione, top il servizio, top il ristorante. Proprietario molto attento e molto premuroso. Una stella particolare al Kinder club gestito dal Mitico Peppino professionista eccellente come pochi. Un plauso anche a Elena la maitre di sala e a Daniel del ristorante.
