The Madison Concourse Hotel

I went Madison for strongman competition. The hotel have sauna room easy to cut weight. Impressive love this place. They still have cafe nearly the capital, downtown easy to find some food drink

This hotel is always clean, well maintained, with kind and helpful employees ! You really can’t ask for a better price and location in downtown Madison!

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. Very short walk to the capital and many cafes and shops. On site restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. Not only was I charged twice for my stay after the hotel lost my original reservation and created a second booking, but the staff was completely unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. Instead of taking accountability, management was rude, dismissive, and acted like the inconvenience was somehow my fault. To make matters worse, the breakfast was terrible. The food was cold, lacked variety, and honestly seemed poorly prepared. For the price paid, I expected at least a decent meal and professional customer service, but neither was delivered. Overall, this was an exhausting and disappointing experience from start to finish. Between the billing issues, poor breakfast, and disrespectful management, I would not recommend staying here.
