Watch out for room 112s mattresses!!! Will never stay here again! I paid for 7 nights, up front, non refundable. Third day we asked for clean bedding including the mattress pad. I returned about 1030pm and went to make my bed when i noticed a HUGE black area and when i touched it, it was hard, so i wanted to know what i was sleeping on, so i unzipped the bug cover, pulled it down to the area and found a hard, HUGE, bigger than my hand area of dried blood!!! No way it was ever tried to be cleaned, so the housekeeper just put the cover on and figured ooo well nobody will see it. I went to the front desk and asked for a new mattress or replace it, was told they didn't have any and there wasn't any rooms to be switched to and basically was interrogated about why i pulled the cover back....REALLY??? I said what am i suppose to do just put a towel over it and the rest of the clean bedding, it was basically the right answer even after she agreed it was blood!!! So that night i slept on the floor!! Called customer service that was a joke too!! Next morning i went back up to the front desk, told her my concern from the previous night, and it was funny they all were like all hotels have stained up mattresses. I said no they aren't, especially when blood is the main reason that it should have been replaced, it also had a look to be like pee stains. Thats just GROSS AND A MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD!!! Next day they moved us to the other end of hall, no problem except for the guest in the room above us being allowed to have their music so loud that it was vibrating the ceiling, wall AND mirror!!! Asked if they could be asked to turn it down, this was about 330p went on until about 7-730pm, so we just turned tv off because even at the highest level we still couldn't hear/understand what was being said and there was NO WAY to have been able to relax, like their statement on their site. Again today music is blasting and rattling the ceiling, walls and large circle mirror, started just before 1130am, went up and asked if we had to not watch tv again today because of the music, she said i was just literally up there and i couldn't hear anything...SMH REALLY?!?! You could hear it all down the hall and even the elderly lady coming down from half way down the hall even said, i can even hear it! Stacia and Ashley are very polite, understanding and helpful. The manager, Lisa, had a continued nasty attitude from my prior stay and started issues, glad i always cma and have some type of documentation or human witnesses when i do something that i ask permission for. Then i guess her and the district manager are buddies because i should have received a $333 refund/credit and neither seem to want to answer my calls as to why i have not received the full amount. I paid for all our stays, not a corporation stay, and i won't be back to the Adrian, Super 8, and i will let others be aware of my personal experience concerning the blood! Yup the next day they had rented the room, mattress most likely not cleaned from all the hush hush. People talk about the hotel down the road, sorry to burst y'alls bubbles but drug dealing was going on hot n heavy all weekend here on the backside, other place cleaned up their act!!! Some guests act like they are entitled and can do as they please, no respect for others and let get away with policy violations.....while some of us try to be respectful of others peace, relaxing, sleeping, quiet times...
