Resort is excellent.well maintained and everyone is very courteous. Food is sumptuous. Before we arrived Ms.Richa called so many times and made inquiries what kind of food we would like. also on day of arrival she made inquiries where are you and what time you will arrive. We have been travelling around India for last 2 months ,and nobody called us except Coorg and Kaav resort staff. We were told to have dinner at Mahendra club, but we avoided as place is so serene and beautiful. Wish in future we can come back. Thanks, Ila and Pankaj Dalal

Beautiful surroundings, lush greenery, and friendly staff. I stayed on the ground floor but had access to the first-floor balcony, that is common. Sitting there it was amazing, surrounded by nature, and I spotted many birds, especially Myna birds chirping that seemed to be having a serious discussion with each other. Overall good experience.

Very centre place to visit all tourist spots. And also vej hotels are walkable distance. Hotel rooms are good. Hot water available. Service is good. When i booked this hotelthrough make. My trip. Very good appp. Fine response from hotel. They send hotel location to my cell no when i contact. Good receptionist. Very god response. Hotel rooms are very good and also budjetly middle class peoples. Only minus is no lift provided. Otherwise very good.
