Un moderno hotel ove le camere sono spaziose, confortevoli e con bagno privato.C'è la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e l'aria condizionata. Villa da Madalena si trova a 1km dal trafficato terminal dei traghetti dell'isola, e molti dei migliori ristoranti di Pico sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Great room accommodation-had two rooms, good breakfast options, clean facilities, perfect view of nearby island and wonderful hosts. Had free parking for our car rental. Walking distance to grocery store. Wonderful to hear about the startup by the owner.

Our group of four adults (two couples) spent 4 nights in a 2-bedroom unit (Apt. A4). It was pretty spacious, with a decent kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies (one with water views, the other with a partial view of Mount Pico). We had a few maintenance issues with loud bathroom fans and burned out lightbulbs in the bathroom, but nothing major. The breakfast buffet had hot and cold options (eggs, bacon, cheeses, cold cuts, cake, cereal, yogurt and fruit), plus coffee, tea and juice. Overall a good, filling breakfast. Also, guests at breakfast can sit indoors, outdoors or on an enclosed porch overlooking the sea.

WE had a wonderful time staying at Villa Madalena. The accommodations are first class. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is prime with the best views of Pico Mountain and Faial. Grocery store close by and walking distance to city central. We will never stay anywhere else while in Madalena. Frank & Lori

Clean and tidy with a lovely breakfast included. The location is great and we had a fabulous view every evening. We were in Studio 1 and personally we found the bed too firm to sleep well. The lockable room is no use as the door does not actually fit the frame (there is no safe for valuables) so cannot be closed let alone locked. It was also noisy with chickens outside, dogs barking all night and building work next door. We did not book direct so received no key information and not sure if we met a manager or not.

Fabulous place in Madalena. Large, clean, beautiful room with view of sea and town. Free parking; supermarket next door; and short walk into CBD. Woman running the place could not be more accommodating. I rented a car, but if you were taking a taxi, everybody knows this place. The grounds are beautiful, too, despite construction going on next door. With supermarket next door, would have been nice to have small refrigerator for cheese, snacks.

Bellissima esperienza, la signora Maria è gentilissima e pronta ad aiutare per qualsiasi cosa. L’appartamento affittato era spazioso, pulito e funzionale. Forse aggiungerei qualche pentola per i soggiorni su più settimane, per il resto lo consiglio. Posizione centrale

A modern newly built complex close to town and with fabulous views. We had been upgraded to a suite which had a kitchenette suitable for making drinks and snacks, and a fridge. Very welcome. Light and airy with plenty of space and storage. Bathroom was clean and neat with nice towels. Lovely big bed with nice bedding. Cleaned daily to a good standard. WiFi was poor and kept dropping out but was better on the ground floor. Breakfast was quite acceptable. Lots of balconies around the building where you got great views
