Its a Premier Inn! & as they all do, they provide what they say on the tin. Clean rooms, large bed, nice pillows, basic requirements. However, the staff were exceptional here, friendly, professional and very accommodating. The reception, bar & waiting staff all good. Breakfast was busy but we were looked after very well, hot food order taken & arrived in good time, well presented & very well cooked. Well done to all, we will return.

Great Hotel, could not fault the staff at check in or check out, so friendly and welcoming, We had some car trouble on the morning and the staff were so helpful, The beefeater next door is nice and again the staff were so friendly and helpful and polite. We were, however, extremely disappointed with the Breakfast, it was busy but the quality of the food was awful, the veggie sausages were inedible, I couldn't even cut through them, we were told they had run out of beans and they had also run out of fresh juice and white bread, there seemed to only be two ladies working so we didn't hang around to complain, We would definitely stay here agian but we wouldn't have breakfast next time.

This was the first time I stayed in a Premier Inn, and we stayed here as it was closest to a wedding we were attending nearby. I have to say, the staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly from the check-in chap to the cleaners in the morning. Had a good laugh with the chap who checked us in (I wish I'd gotten his name, he was relatively new) and he very kindly made sure we got our breakfast booked in, and even linked our booking with another friend who was staying in the hotel too so we ate together. The hotel is very much functional, set up for staying for the event for the night. That's a good thing! They know what they do, and they do it well! You need a key to get into the corridor for the rooms, and there are signed all along the stairs reminding us all to be quiet. The room was clean, well maintained and the window was left open so it was nice and cool. The bed is super comfortable, and they have lovely baylis and harding soap and shampoo in the bathroom. They also have a light-up mirror where the hairdresser is plugged in, which is very considerate for doing your make-up and hair in the morning. The cleaners were very sweet, and wished us a great day at the wedding as we were leaving and they were coming into clean the room. Great stay, and if you're in the area for an event and need a warm, safe and clean place to stay, I'd recommend here!

Sadly we will not be visiting this particular hotel again, despite staying on a number of occassions previously. The reason for that is having to now pay for parking, which when we stayed was £7 per night. The paid for Wi-Fi, £5, was useless and continually dropped out, making it more or less unuseable.

This is a standard Premier Inn except they want £3 a night to park. The wifi is oainfully slow (could not downloas a 1mb attachment or have a Teams call). Apert fromvyhat, the sray was great. Breakfast is not a buffet but is therefore hotter when brught to the table. The area is quiet and close to the city. Good access to supermarkets etc.

Park elsewhere and don't come to have a good night's sleep. If you like 24 degrees Celcius all night with the window open and the fan whining away then you will be fine....

Have stayed in this hotel many times, the staff are always great, friendly and helpful, but it's starting to look tired, no air conditioning so in the summer its uncomfortably hot and now in addition to increasing prices they are adding a parking charge of £7 per day too which given it's location I think is excessive.

This premier inn along with many others is now charging for parking. They’re picking the low hanging fruit: people use their cars for leisure or business in the act of staying at a Premier Inn; why bite the hand that feeds you and alienate the clients. Are yes, many are paid for by their company who just coughs up the parking fee. Those of us who use for leisure are being fleeced.
