St Regis located in the Londoner Macau, the location is very strategic and check in was very smooth. The hotel gives welcome drink and snack during check in which is very nice (since other hotels in Macau need to queue when check in). Would totally recommend St Regis to everyone going to Macau. Also, down the lobby the Londoner ****** it's just a step away ;)

Room was nice. Liked the layout of the room. However, several unpleasant experiences due to other guests or resident staying in the hotel. On our same floor, there were guests who did not close the door while sleeping, there were people who opened doors who speak and laugh loudly, guests cooking with doors opened thus triggering fire alarms etc. It may be something coincidental, however it affected my stay. In summary, the rooms are just not well ventilated enough to cause issues like this. It gave me the impression that I am staying in a backpacker hostel.
As I did not like the environment, I requested for a refund for my unused night with the hotel, requested via trip.com, unfortunately the hotel did not agree to my request.
Location wise, as I was going to Venetian for an event, it was well located for the budget. 19 min walk. Front desk service was helpful in helping me get a cab, and providing directions to move around.
In summary, it is not a hotel I would recommend to my own friends.

It’s our second time to this hotel, the area is good. There’s a lot of eateries around the area even for late night suppers.
There’s a ****** just below the hotel if you feel like rolling some money.
Room is clean, we like it that there’s fresh fruits everyday for the room. This time round, we booked a room with 2 beds as we have our kids around. While the children sleeps we can go for our ****** plays instead.
Hotel staffs are also very friendly if you need assistance with transport or directions.

My room at The Macau Roosevelt was a masterpiece of modern design with a touch of glamour, reflecting the unique aesthetic of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design made my stay not just comfortable but truly indulgent.

It may seem far from Casinos, but it is within few minutes of ride. it is on mid hill, having great view, day and night, down the lakes, casinos, bridges. Up the hill is an ancient church, now a nunery. It has gyms. Taxi drivers say the breakfast here is great, better than anywhere in town. Staff, especially Nina at front desk, are competent, decisive but yet soft and gentle. Around the hotel, there is a pathway, by the harbor and water utility board, down to the Magi temple.
Hotel designed in an ornate, classical European style, the Rio Hotel offers facilities at a mouth watering rate. I didn't expect that the room was big, enough for some special occasion. This was our second time to booked in the hotel and this time the view was very nice. Next time if we have given a chance and have long holiday we will try again to book the same room 😊😉
The check in and check out was very smooth. Only that we cannot check in early because the room was not ready yet. We arrived before 2:00pm we still need to wait for 1 hour 😅😁 but the staff and nice.
The hotel offers 259 stylish rooms with multifunctional furniture designed to increase comfort and privacy during your stay. Rooms are fitted with strategically placed power outlets and USB ports to support multiple device usage. You’ll enjoy a comfortable bed, a refreshing shower, office-style and leisure accouterments, and a Chinese and Western-style breakfast buffet — all created to allow for a relaxed, easygoing travel experience.

Nice stay at Macau with cheap price - it includes a breakfast buffet for $400 something HKD per night. The hotel is located in a convenient part of Macau, just a short walk from many popular attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of both local and international cuisine to start your day off right. Overall, it's a great value for the money and an enjoyable place to stay during your time in Macau.
A mere 2 minutes' drive from the Macau Ferry Terminal, the Hotel Golden Dragon enjoys close proximity to a variety of local points of interest such as 'Fisherman's Wharf, local shopping and entertainment centers, the Chinese border and the airport. The hotel is set in a popular business district serviced by colorful food courts. Guests have the opportunity to experience the charm and hospitality of the hotel's 24-hour luxury room service and entertainment services. Most rooms here offer panoramic vistas of Fisherman's Wharf and of the Friendship Bridge, which frames the islands of Taipa as well as the Macau peninsula.
GGuest User2024.07.04
- Nice layout; big rooms.
- Close to the Fishermans wharf, and 15 min drive to Ruins of St Paul.
- Shuttle service offered but need to book in advance when picking up at the port instead of regular schedule, unlike other hotels.
Casa Real Hotel is located near the entrance of Guia Hill Pedestrian Tunnel and is a 3 minute walk from Avenida da Horta Costa and Guia Hill Fitness Trail. The hotel is also conveniently close to the PRC Foreign Affairs Ministry, the Golden Lotus Square, the Wine Museum and the Grand Prix Museum, all of which are within walking distance. Indulge in views of the Guia Fortress Lighthouse and the bridge and see night views of Macau.

Very close to the outer ferry terminal, like 10-15 minutes walk. Quite a lot of bus routes to choose as well, pretty convenient location for traveler. Hotel has smoking and nonsmoking rooms. I chose smoking room (cause I do smoke), expecting the room might smells pretty bad but it was fine. I do recommend this hotel if you're a smoker and a traveler that not looking for a nice view from hotel but just convenient location.

Outstanding
885tataruCheck in was fast with friendly service staffs , free daily mini bar with welcome fruit platter, chocolate and a bottle of ref wine are a nice touch. Luxury Hermes toiletries to pamper yourself with a good bath. A pity the resort deck is closed for maintenance during this time until March 2024 but there is an small indoor pool with jacuzzi on the 29 floor. Location is great within walkable distance to the food street nearby and the Light rail station. An enjoyable stay during this trip .
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
AAnonymous UserCheck in process fast but we think the deposit is a little too much (2000 mop). The amenities is good. All working, except for the electric kettle haha but nothing exag.
Staff are good! Filipinos the best! We requested for water, in a matter of minutes here he comes. Very fast!
We'll definitely booked again!! Swimming pool is great!
KKim Kia BlueThe room was cozy and clean. Hallways are clean and smelled fresh. I love the number light at the foot of the door. The front desk staff are very helpful. I had many questions and they helped with all. The room was not noisy. I could not hear anyone in their rooms.
The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the Senado Square and about 15/ 20 minutes from the Grand Lisboa. You can take the MT4 bus from the 7eleven near the hotel to see the Venetian, Studio City and other attractions in that area.
If you get to the hotel before check in time, you can store your bags and go tour around until it’s time.
AAnonymous UserWife and I were in Macau for a short break from looking after our kid. We were quite impressed with the location as it's not far from attractions and shopping areas such as the Ruins of St Paul. Really enjoyed its breakfast buffet with quite a lot of French selections quite fitting for a Sofitel. We also enjoyed an excellent harbour view with the peaceful Wanzai Residential District across the border in the background. Only disadvantage would probably be its ferry pier shuttle bus service that runs at 1hr intervals. If you miss a ride, you would need to use another casino's such as the Grand Lisboa, that can be reached by walking along a ”major” road.
HHYUNDAI MELAKA PREMIUMI can say is the best hotel to stay in Macau city. The price and location of the hotel is the best after Covid19. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND tourists to stay in Macau city.
PPhilipMy first gripe is actually with Trip.com - we needed to book one room with a single bed and another with two separate beds, but Trip.com DOES NOT allow booking different room types in the same booking - they have to be made under separate reserverations.
We proceeded with booking two single bed rooms hoping that we can amend our booking or ask the hotel to change the second room (since the price is similar) after we made the reservation - but the hotel requested a $500 fee to change to two beds, which is WAY WAY more than the difference between the actual room rates (between single and double) as listed on Trip.com. At least the staff offered to set up the sofa bed free of charge so they gained back some brownie points there.
Location is a little ways out (everything is a bit too far to walk but very close by car or bus), so we had to take the taxi to go anywhere. The larger hotel casinos (MGM, ********, Galaxy...etc.) would have free shuttle service, but not Lisboeta.
The hotel itself, being quite new, is nice and clean, but I do smell smoke in the hallways. Not sure what the hotel policy is on this, but there was no ”non-smoking room” option when booking. However, considering this is Macau and considering the usual clientele, this should not have come as a surprise in hindsight. All toiletries are á L'Occitane which is nice - but no surprise here.
There are three eateries on location and all of them are what I would consider quick / casual dining options. There is a food court at the ajoining mall though but even then selection is limited. We opted to have breakfast included - it was OK but I was expecting a little bit more.
All in all, we had a very average yet decent stay. Not much to complain but not much to write home about either. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much of Macau in general.
Would we stay there again? Unfortunately, most likely not. For our purposes, we'll probably stay on the Macau side next time we're in town. And if we do need to stay on the Cotai side of things, we'll probably try the larger ****** hotels for the sake of ease of transportation and more dining options.
JJJC TravelsIt was indeed a great experience. The room is spacious and clean. All staff were friendly specially the receptionist Ms. Malou San Juan (not sure if I named here correctly) and Mark Manansala. Since I am a Filipino, and they are either, communication was easier. They were sop helpful and professional. Also, the locals (Chinese) staff were the same. The hotel smells expensive and they offer more than what guests need. I mean, they are very much willing to provide the reasonable needs of guests. Could improve on breakfast menu but worth the price.
GGuest UserFantastic hotel. All staff are welcome and helpful. Fluent in multiple language.
The room is tidy. The bedding was nice and clean.
Even got a little cigarette burnt on the duvet cover. But still the best holiday inn I’ve ever been.
Nearby lot of restaurants and convenience store.
Some of them are open 24 hours.
