The service was good. Although the room is on the roadside, the sound insulation is good. The front desk heated up the packed food for me in the microwave, which was very appreciated.
I guess there are many crowded five-star hotels but they don't have this kind of service.
There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, making travel convenient.

It’s a great budget friendly option in a convenient location. It’s close to major attractions and public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is helpful. Perfect for a short stay in Macau!

Since I am the old and constant customer, those front desk and housekeeping staffs are familiar with me. Every time I stay, they provided me a good service. Once I finish booking from trip.com, hotel staff would arrange room type I want. Furthermore, housekeeping everyday change clean and new tidy bed items I request. So, as a result, I will definitely keep staying at Master Hotel.
