Free shuttle bus provided. But we missed the timing upon arrival from Hong Kong. We took a cab to Grandview instead. There is a Filipino Porter with the name starts with D is very helpful and friendly. He proactively helping us to unload our two big and heavy luggages from our cab. In addition, he suggested where to go with the booklet and map provided. On the day of checkout, he assisted us on the shuttle bus arrangement.

A very disappointing and angry experience. The hotel has a discounted price and the room is considered hygienic.
On the day of check-in, I found that the air conditioner was not cold enough. I thought it was because the temperature was not adjusted low enough. However, it didn't improve when I returned to the hotel in the evening. It remained hot all night. After that, I had a series of unpleasant experiences due to air conditioner maintenance problems, which reflected the unprofessionalism of the hotel staff.
