房間設施很新，衞生很乾凈，服務也很貼心。酒店位於澳門銀河那片，同三個人並不相連，不過離地鐵超近，去媽閣和機場碼頭十分方便。酒店淡季旺季價格相差巨大，淡季不推薦提前訂房。

今次第二次入住。6月來水壓很好，沐浴好舒服才再到訪。今次失望了。。枕頭不舒服，太扁。。
有水吧供應很好。

非常滿意！服務很好！入住時候衣服掛進衣櫃忘記拿，後面隔了幾天去取，酒店保管的非常好！
爸爸生日，酒店送了蛋糕和祝福卡片，很貼心！

房間非常乾淨，客房服務貼心，細節做的特別好。房間設計考慮周全，如水霧花灑，手機充電板，私隱玻璃等，非常棒的體驗，下次去澳門還會再次選擇。

酒店完全出乎我的意料。
辦理入住的時候要去到6層，我抱着孩子，孩子光着腳丫，服務員看見了馬上拿了一雙拖鞋。然後入住的時候説可以加一頂帳篷。
等我們到了酒店，馬上就有服務員推着車過來，我以為帳篷會很簡單的一搭就好，結果又是床墊，又是小被子，又是小枕頭，小地毯，還送了一個毛絨玩具。小朋友高興的立馬鑽進去不出來了。
衞生間雖然不大但是很乾凈，淋浴是漢斯格雅的特別舒服，還有私隱玻璃，真的太方便了！！
另外我們到了之後我立馬化了一個粧，化粧品就零散的放在洗手枱上，等我們回來的時候，服務員把我所有的化粧品都整整齊齊的擺放好了，手機充電器也送了理線器捆起來了，2個牀頭櫃都放了礦泉水和杯子還有睡眠噴霧。
第二晚 放了蒸汽眼罩。總之這個酒店非常好！！無論從服務還是設施來説，無可挑剔！
要是説哪裡稍微欠缺一點，就是房間有點小吧，然後穿窗外的景色不太好，是一片工地，但是正巧我兒子超級喜歡各種工程車😂😂 每天就是坐在小帳篷裏看着各種車走來走去超級開心。
