範思哲酒店是亞洲第一家，周圍環境不錯，室內設計裝飾彰顯奢華、高貴，特別欣賞室內面積較之澳門其它酒店相比大許多，雙人床居然也有一米五寬，工作人員服務熱情、耐心、有問必答。不過提醒酒店應該講誠信。我們是酒店開業時委託攜程在平台上銷售的優惠券，打電話訂房時，酒店預訂部一男性工作人員居然説沒收到我們的款，你在那裡買的去找平台好了，可酒店不委託攜程銷售房間，他們能隨便出售酒店房間嗎？可能現在生意較好，買的券還沒到期居然關了訂房的網線，後經攜程從中調解才訂上房間。誠信是所有行業最基本的發展基礎，衹要有承諾就必須兑現。
