Great service . They are always friendly and helpful.
Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels .
And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money.
Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel.
But for sure I will go back there

Good points: Good security. Even though it's called Sabang Beach, there doesn't seem to be a sandy beach. White Beach seems to be famous for its sandy beaches, and I was able to request round-trip transportation at the hotel by tricycle in about 30 minutes.
The view from the hotel is amazing. You can also eat on the large shared balcony in front of your room. There was no one to use it, so it was always a monopoly.
All the staff are kind. The food was average.
Cons: Many hotels are built on slopes, so you have to climb narrow stairs. About 5 minutes from the street below.
It takes about 2 hours from Manila to Batangas by car or bus. It takes 1 to 1.5 hours by ferry or high-speed boat from Batangas Port to Puerto Galera.
It takes about 20 minutes by tricycle from the port of Puerto Galera to the hotel. There is a lot of waiting time for buses, ferries, etc., which is good for people who want to experience the feeling of traveling, but it takes time.

It is suitable for children, the pool can be played casually, and there is a small kayak that can be easily drawn. Breakfast is free and there are many kinds to choose from. But the menus are all in English, you need to download the English quick translation to order. The environment is very good, you can see it by opening the video yourself. Suitable for vacation and leisure, not suitable for too busy. A little distance from the white sand beach. But traveling can let the hotel call the tug.

1. Hotel location: 900 meters away from the white sandy beach, you can walk along the highway for 15 minutes, or walk along the beach through a reef, about 25 minutes.
2. Hotel environment: Have your own beach at least 50 meters, very suitable for watching the sunset of the sea, and falling asleep listening to the sound of the waves. Unfortunately, the beach has a lot of pebbles and the sand is relatively thick, which is not suitable for swimming. The waves during my stay in the past few days were relatively big, and it was not suitable for swimming. I could only swim in the hotel pool
3. Hotel facilities: the room is spacious and bright, facing the sea, there is a balcony with green plants and a sofa bed, you can lie down and chat and watch the sea view. Disadvantages: The pillows are very uncomfortable, my friends and I both sleep with neck pain; the single bed in the double room is too narrow about 90 cm; there is no toothpaste and toothbrush, ask the front desk to pay for it; one less towel for wiping hair
4. Breakfast is very simple. When it is free, two slices of toast + egg + 1 cup of drink, others need to be paid separately, the price is not low
5. Whether the room is suitable for children, as soon as I entered the room, I removed the two single beds, and there was a sofa bed that was stretched out. The next day the waiter saw that we didn’t need it, and we would harvest the sofa, so we should live in a family it is also fine
Because I didn't see a hotel with 4 stars or more in White Beach on Ctrip, I booked this one, and I am basically satisfied with it.

Premises …are quite new with two very nice and large pools facing the ocean plus a hot-tub for which you have to book. The resort looks as good as the photos so we were not disappointed. During our five nights we saw only very few people around the resort and the restaurant even though they were fully booked. They even have a game room with a pool table, PS4 and karaoke system. Food …is good with traditional Filipino dishes, especially the pork sinigang was very good (too fatty meat though). Would be nice with a few non-fast food Western options. Staff …were extremely service minded and made us feel very welcome. All spoke English fluently in addition to Tagalog. Wheat could have been better …not leaving a family with two small kids in 32 degrees at the port for 30 min even though we had made a clear agreement to be picked up …wifi in room 601 was horrible and I had to take a business meeting close to the restaurant …none of the pools had any shade whatsoever Overall we were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back (hopefully to better wifi 😀).

I have been to Puerto Galera before and accommodation was a real struggle. The quality around White Beach was really poor and they were old and tired. So coming this time I wanted to find something better. Looking at these pics this hotel looked amazing. The hotel is situated around 10 mins drive from White Beach. That is considered close. And there are plenty of Tricycles to take you back to the hotel at any time.
I thought this location was great. The view from the hotel was amazing and featured two swimming pools one being a Infinity pool. The infinity pool was quite deep. The rooms were big and comfortable with good air con. There is little to fault the hotel on. I had a room next to the pool and the only issue was there was a light you couldn't turn off and that light attracted half of the islands bugs at night so I couldn't leave my door open. Secondly the hotel is built on the steepest hill you have ever seen. I am not exaggerating when I say that. It is so steep that riding a motorbike it couldn't even make it up the hill lol. The staff will help you with the bags and its prob only a 5 min walk but in the heat it takes a lot out of you. If you are not fit or you were of the older generation I think you would struggle.
I rented a motorbike which i would suggest if staying here so its easy to travel about. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to PG.

Lovely to return to one of my favourite hotels in the Philippines.I love the location of Blue Crystal; away from all the hustle and bustle of Sabang and Puerto Galera. i enjoyed my stay at Crusoe Cabins. The beds and the cabins are clean and comfortable. I like the chair swing in the veranda. I appreciate that the aircons were very cool.
I like it that they provide bikes for us to move around. They also has a golf cart that goes around every now and then.
Service is good, the staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Towels are just a little tattered. I love the toiletries though.
The beach is clean, not deep. Water was just knee high even if you have walked several feet away. It is good for none swimmers like me. My 93 year old mom even went to the waters and walked several feet away. The pool needs some upkeep. Some paints are chipping already. My son enjoyed the water slide though.
It was a nice weekend even if I find the price expensive. I have not gone around but I know there are cheaper resorts in the area. I am just not sure how they compare.

GGuest UserMy brother recommends us to come to stay at this little beautiful resort. Large rooms and very comfortable and quite private - no rooms face each other. Beautiful garden, pool and restaurant as well as comfy furniture. My sons go for scuba diving, while I enjoy a lot of my own relaxing time on reading books and watching the small boats pass by. Food is tasty, especially the pizzas, curry chicken, Seafood platter. Our family has a great time here by choosing the right resort!

GGuest UserTo go to this kind of island, you must be mentally prepared for inconvenient transportation and inconvenience for shopping and eating, so I stayed there for three nights and ate in the hotel. The hotel’s things are acceptable. The next morning I went to the vegetable market with the hotel's purchases, and wanted to buy some lobsters. I didn't know that the seafood over there was expensive and there was nothing to choose from. I didn't have to worry about it for the next two days. I just wanted to eat whatever the hotel had. The hotel staff are very nice, nice and enthusiastic. They will try their best to satisfy you if you have any requirements. Although they are a hotel, they feel like a homestay and are responsive.

KkeithstoryIt was wonderful experience in Altamare, even though the location is isolated from the city, it is worth to stay here.
I have tried most food while we are staying here, and all of them are taste good and hygiene.
Outside pool is clean and beautiful, you can see the sunset every evening.
If you join the scuba diving, you will see many beautiful corals and small and big fish, even turtle (if you are in a right timing)
Doing Snorkeling is also recommended.
Satffs are very kind and friendly.
But the wifi signal in the room was poor.

YYThe hotel is beautiful, the surrounding view is stunning. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We sat at the poolside to watch sunset for 2 days. It was a very nice experience. We took so many pictures. Snorkeling at the seaside was also super enjoyable. The hotel provided snorkeling equipment and a guide who taught us how to snorkel and led us to swim to the area where we could see lots of colorful fish. The price of snorkeling and kayaking was already included in the room rate. All the staff are very friend and helpful. We enjoy the stay at the hotel very much.
The only problem with our room was that the shower area was not fully covered by glass or a curtain, the whole floor of the bathroom got wet after a shower as water splashed out from the shower area.

YYISHAThe hotel room is more general, but the house is very comfortable facing the sea, the external environment is very beautiful and green, the pool is beautiful. The snorkeling spot has super fish. Overall it is a great place for Anilao vacation.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel seemed old and not being cleaned up. There's a lot of spiderwebs and dust on the tables and chairs. The AC is not being cleaned as well and causes us to sneeze a lot.
There was water interruption on the 2nd day and 3rd day. Though there was gallon of water available to be used but inconvenient to bring inside the room because it's heavy.
And since I'm a dog lover, I was hurt to see that there was one dog that they're not taking care of. There was no food and water until we saw the container and decided to give some of what we have. He was just in the balcony. So sad.
