A really lovely place - we had a very luxurious studio and really enjoyed staying there. Great attention to details ~ it had everything we wanted for a very comfortable stay. Exceptionally comfy bed. The grounds are divine right on the river and the location perfect. We got a taxi in to Maastricht for 15 euros and walked back along the river - very nice location but don’t walk unless you enjoy walking. It’s 45 mins. You can hire bikes too. We had a lovely champagne breakfast delivered to the room and it was so huge we made lunch from it too. Would most happily return for longer next time ~ it was perfect. Oh great parking and staff too! Thanks for a lovely stay. The free minibar was a nice touch.

This hotel is the longest time I have lived on this trip, and I feel the best. It is a bit of faded glory. You can see that it used to be a very nice hotel, but there is too little maintenance. The biggest downside was the mattress, the springs almost came out. The bathroom is also not at 4-star level. The siphon was broken and all kinds of dirt came out, the shower got cold every now and then. The room was very spacious! We had a nice swim, but the pool could also use some maintenance.

The hotel is in a good location, only 5 mins walk from the Maastricht centrum station. It is facing the famous St. Servatius Bridge and is very accessible to all the main tourists attractions and dining places in the main town. We've very much enjoyed our room, chilling, watching TV and having a good night's sleep on very comfortable Auping beds. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, lots of healthy and fresh choices. Overall a good vibe!
