I was in Maastricht with my daughter for a few days. I had reserved a room with 2 twin beds. There appeared to be a double bed in the room. After asking at reception we were given another room. It would be nice if there were 2 chairs instead of 1 in a double room. Moreover, we missed cupboard space for our clothes and a cupboard or shelf in the bathroom for our toiletries. We put them on the ground. When we returned to the room at about five o'clock after a day of walking in the city to sit quietly and drink a cup of coffee, it turned out that the room had not yet been cleaned. After reporting to reception, we received a voucher for a drink in the hotel bar. Nicely resolved. The location of the hotel was fine, it was quiet. Staff at reception and service in the bar were nice.

I liked everything. Stayed one night. The hotel has an excellent location, there were no difficulties checking out and checking in. Breakfast was nutritious and enjoyable, and beautifully presented. Overall the style of the hotel is nice. I had a two-story room, unusual and interesting.

Stayed here whilst visiting Maastricht with my wife. It’s a great location only 3 minutes walk from the centre and 10 minutes walk to the Vrijthof. Service was excellent, room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. We’ll be back!

I loved my stay in Maastricht, Hotel Monastere was such a nice place to stay! The room was a good size, comfortable and clean, large bathroom-overall very good.

The reception is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located directly in the city centre. All shops and restaurants are easily and quickly within walking distance. The parking lot (Sphinxparking) is just under 300m away. The (the?) Rooms are large and spacious. But there was a big drop of mesony for us. Directly opposite the hotel were two nights in a row student parties, (3 o'clock at night) it was very noisy in the room, sleeping was finally possible with earplugs. It would have been important to be advised in advance not to take a room to the street if necessary or available…

Nice hotel and great location, however, I wont go back. I was given room 418, which has two floors. It might sound fancy, but it is not. Bed is on the mezanine floor and thats all on that floor. So you constantly have to go up and down. When I asked why I was given this room, the response I got was that rooms are randomly allocated. Therefore, I will not be keen to book this hotel again as I might get this room again. There were also issues with the shower; it is hard to adjust the temperature, and the water pressure is very low. Other than that, nice hotel to stay.

Prima hotel, dicht bij het centrum. Parkeerregeling is een lachertje en beter sta je dan bij Q-Park Mosae Forum. Efficiente informele check-in en leuke, zij het wat Spartaanse kamer maar wel met een prima bed en kussens.. Een goed zitje mist. Wij hadden een leuke badkamer, maar we alleen bereikbaar via een trap in de kamer. Kamer lag aan de achterzijde en slapen met open raam ging prima, qua herrie van buiten; aan de voorkant is dat onmogelijk! Goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet completeerde ons verblijf.
