I booked a deluxe one-bedroom room. The room is big and touching The poor size of European hotels everyone knows In fact, the concept of the hotel is similar to that of a shared apartment. The design is popular in Northern Europe + industry in recent years, suitable for online celebrities to take pictures. The location is great. It takes only 10 minutes to go to the city center to eat, drink and buy. The cafe downstairs, the organic supermarket, and the surrounding restaurants and cafes The hotel was rebuilt based on a porcelain burning factory, so it is very fashionable with the new and the old~ The concept focuses on ”students” sharing, so the hotel service staff are more friendly and casual I gave an ice cream when I checked in. The details are pretty cute. For the relatively cheap price this was an excellent one night stay in a superior double room. Bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, good seating, easy car parking (should be free), friendly and efficient service. We had a meal in the restaurant - the drinks and food came super quick and dinner was very tasty (fish n chips). The waiter / chef was awesome - friendly, efficient, professional, quick, multi tasker and well presented. Only one issue with our stay - we had to run the shower for about 5 or more minutes before it got to the right temperature - pressure wasn’t that great.

My partner and I took a NS deal to stay at NH hotel in Maastricht. At first we were worried it's not at the city center as it was our first time visiting the city. It was very easy for us to reach the hotel from the train station. Well located with walking distance to train/bus stations. The hotel is very nice, and the staff were very friendly. We were happy about everything in the hotel. In particular, the breakfast was great !

Hotel staffs were friendly. The hotel is a bit dated. Definitely can improve on cleanliness. The coffee cups and spoons in our room had stains, the rug around the bed was so old and gross looking and there was even a dead baby cockroach stuck on the wall. Free vanity kits and tubes of lotion were unnecessary.

I was with my husband and we celebrated the 2nd portion of our honeymoon, a wedding gift from our friends and family. Our check-in was smooth and the staff gave us an upgrade to a junior suite with a note and some deliciouschocolates. It was lovely but not very sound proof from other guests. The room could use a few updates as well but the view was beautiful. The property is gorgeous with the château, sculptures, church, rose garden and natural surroundings. We enjoyed our Saturday night dinner at the grill and the service was very good. There are limited dining options on Sunday evening if you don't wish to leave the property. I had a massage with Maureen and she worked wonders on a troublesome back problem. A true professional. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive with local products as well but very busy. Not a calm environment with large groups and an impolite guest on her phone but we appreciated the quality of the food, options and service team. We enjoyed our stay but felt that for such an incredible setting, there was a certain charm lacking with such a whirlwind of comings and goings. Perhaps a future stay but not during peak season.

Bij aankomst werden wij heel hartelijk en met de glimlach ontvangen door een heel vriendelijke vrouw. Ze gaf ons uitleg en bracht ons naar onze kamer. De kamer was netjes, ruim, gezellig aangekleed en er was veel lichtinval, waar wij echt van genoten. De indeling van de meubels vonden wij ook superleuk! Het was een super rustgevende kamer met een heel ruimtelijk gevoel. In hotelkamers voelen wij ons soms opgesloten, maar dat was hier absoluut niet het geval! Er was heel veel opbergruimte in ruime kasten, superhandig! De badkamer was volledig in orde met een mooie ruime inloopdouche. Alles werkte perfect! We vonden het wel super jammer dat het zwembad enkel tussen 17u en 19u gratis te gebruiken was. De spa bijboeken was niet meer mogelijk omdat het vol geboekt was. Wij hadden ENORM uitgekeken naar een gezellige relaxerende “avondzwembeurt”. Bij het boeken via deze app van Trip hadden wij nergens gezien dat het zwembad niet continu vrij te gebruiken was. Ook is het voor ons te duur om dat er nog bij te boeken helaas. Het ontbijt was voor ons wat minder. Er waren een aantal dingen die we niet zo aangenaam vonden, vb niet alle vaat was proper, 1 van de potjes van het dessertenbuffet was blijkbaar gebroken, enkele mini eclairs in de frigo waren “geschonden” en dat zag er niet zo smakelijk uit, de granola-torens waren nogal leeg… De zaal waarin het ontbijt plaats vond, vonden wij wel super!! Het is een beleving op zich! Wij waanden ons in een heel andere wereld. Dat geldt ook voor het hele gebouw, de gangen, de tuin,… De tuin is sprookjesachtig. Als wij niet zo snel weg moesten, hadden wij daar graag wat tijd doorgebracht. Een superleuk ingerichte woning en tuin, super rustgevend, de gangen zijn ook heel mooi ingericht, het verzet echt je gedachten op een positieve manier en wij wilden hier super graag nog langer blijven!! Als wij een groter budget hadden, dan kwamen we hier voor langere periode en boekten we de spa erbij, want voor rust hebben deze eigenaars zeker gezorgd!! Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf hier en raden het aan!

In Heerlen you got several options for a hotel , if you are in need - whenever I can I will go for the Kasteel TerWorm ... been here before , and I think I will be there again ... So arriving before noon is typically not the best at any hotel, no difference here on the topic - the lady at the reception was kind and get me the key and all the forms - but she asked me kindly to wait till my room will be ready - I went for a walk in the garden and surroundings , you have some picks attached to the review. Room was at the ground level in the courtyard building, room 14 - I got - and it was very clean , spacious and with a good size bathroom that had a tub and a shower - depending on what you want. Bed was comfortable - the minibar for free .... breakfast - a nice selection of buffet, eggs, meat , etc ... so everything for everybody. To distance a bit customers you could choose breakfast till 9 or after 9 ... so to split a bit the guests. Outside my room - I had room 14 - there were 2 chairs at a table and a decorative bush in that bush a duck was nesting between the branches - such a nice thing. Overall I had a very good stay - with helpful staff and a very good hotel experience and for sure if I go to Heerlen again , I would choose the same hotel for my stay. I recommend you try it and if you don't like it just blame it on me .....
