We booked and paid the hotel through AGODA and confirmed with hotel, when we arrived to the hotel they refused to give the room we booked, as we were there, from the hotel told us it’s been cancelled but we were not aware of aby cancellation from AGODA, the hotel is cheating on online platform, we went through a lot Difficulties with my two kids and my family members, when we raise a complaint to the hotel reception they told to speak with the hotel reservation manager, he came after one hour, and we were with our kids, after one hour he came and said the booking is cancelled and they can cancel at the last moment, we were told to get our refund within 24hrs but till today we haven’t received the cancellation fee, they did the same to other people as well on the same day, they even refuse to give them the payment as we’ll, the hotel fool’s people, they have been selling one room for many times on same period and refuse to give the booked rooms, they take overbooking as they don’t care about the Clint’s who are coming, the way they treated us was very rude and eventually they asked us to pay the green tax for the 2 nights, I recommend people who make bookings to hotel to be careful. I am a Maldivian and would like to be honest, being a Maldivian it’s shame to give such a review, but its the bitter truth. Never recommend this hotel for anyone, they are thirsty for the money they get from the Clint’s
