It was raining before I went, the room was abnormally wet, the platform was full of water, the quilt in the room was wet by rain, and I felt very humid in bed at night, and I couldn't sleep. The sanitary condition is not very ideal, the table and floor are not very clean, the toiletries in the bathroom are almost bottomed out, and the cups are not clean. There are various mosquitoes, spiders, and friends in the room. I feel that this place may be better in winter. There are indeed fish in the pond, and you can catch it, but the fishing process is also very difficult, because there are too many mosquitoes, including places to eat, no matter what you do, there is no way to calm down and deal with various bugs.

This is a room type that children like very much. They stay in the room every day and don’t want to go out. There was a strong smell in the room. The air outlet of the air conditioner downstairs was blowing towards the bed. I caught a cold directly from the air for 2 nights. Perhaps because of the high humidity in the mountains, the bathroom is equipped with a towel drying rack, which is great.
There were moldy spots on the nine-square grid used for breakfast food, and moldy spots on the pizza rolling pin used for making pizza at the farm. The pizza tray was also blackened, which made the visual experience not so good.
There are a lot of mosquitoes in the mountains, so be careful when bringing children.

DDicksonThoroughly good experience since checking in. Hotel staffs at front desks are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in process is easy and quick, the staffs even served hot tea while processing the registration, offered water whenever I sit at lobby. The room is clean, all facilities are in working and good condition. Location is excellent too, within walking distance to pretty much everywhere (restaurants, shops, bars etc..). Breakfast options are plenty, and they are all delicious. Certainly would be my first choice if I ever come back here in future.

GGuest UserWe stayed 10 days in Golden Eagle in June 2023. The location of this hotel is great. The service is awesome. The front desk reception Michelle and others are friendly and professional. I ran into the general manager in the lobby one day asking where to buy 风油精, she worked with her staff to get me one in a few mins. The breakfast is good with many choices. The gym is fine and my boy likes it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair so he didn’t get a chance to use it. We will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

When I checked in and checked out at Ma'anshan Manxin for the first time, the front desk also gave me a small gift. One thing I think is very good is that they need a room card to go up the elevator. The privacy is very good! Girls feel especially safe when they are on business trips alone!

GGuest UserFive-star praise is for service, and the staff service during the Spring Festival is also very warm and thoughtful. To be honest, I didn't expect the hot spring in the private hot spring room to be on the balcony, and I had to wear a swimming suit to soak. On such a cold day, the balcony is not closed, and I personally feel quite strange. We lost the disposable bedding and then took it apart. I asked for tape at the service desk and sealed it myself. Although it didn't feel cold for a while after soaking in, it always felt a bit strange and inconvenient. Originally, I had to wear a bathing suit for the room with a hot spring. The two rooms we booked were on the third floor, which was fine. When I came in from the gate, the hot spring room on the first floor was funny. I felt that everyone who came in could see the hot spring pool in their room. It was a bit unworthy to call the private hot spring room. However, the hot spring should indeed be smooth after the real hot spring. The breakfast ticket was presented in the package, the breakfast was quite rich, and the things were quite delicious. The environment is also OK, and finally I have to praise the service, it is really good.
