15min walk from Lyon Part Dieu. Due to construction works, walking and dragging luggage became challenging and not as direct. There was a huge Westfield Mall where you can shop and dine. 10min walk to car rental office. There was a pickup area for us to load up luggage to our rental car just beside the hotel. Check-in process was a bliss. Staff was friendly. Sanitisers were always available. Room was relatively much smaller than Paris hotel. Barely enough space for 2x large luggage. Nevertheless, room was clean and dust-free. Toilet had decent space. Recommended for as a stopover hotel. Probably a night stay.

Very basic hotel which is to be expected. What is not to be expected is how rude the staff are at breakfast. Breakfast is also very basic, but they will not allow you to put any items on the table, you have to keep it all on a tray. We got scolded at breakfast for not having our juices on a tray? They don't wipe the tables down and the previous day we cleaned it after use so it was cleaner than it was before we started yet can't put glasses of juice on a table? Unfortunately we have more stays left at Ibis on this holiday but they will be the last!

Petit hôtel très sympathique, sans prétention, mais très honnete, bien pensé, bien décoré et aux espaces efficacement optimisés et d’excellent rapport qualité/prix avec un petit dej avec des viennoiseries de qualité, ainsi que du bon pain frais, même si une offre un peu plus étendu en salé serait appréciable. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et arrangeant . Les « tintins et Astérix » gracieusement prêtés par l’établissement achèveront de vous endormir en douceur.

The location is very good; relatively central and there’s a Metro station nearby. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in earlier than expected and lending me an adapter as I had forgotten to pack mine. The room was an incredibly small single, but it served its purpose well. The ceiling were awfully low and I hit my head countless times. Countless because I either did it so many times I could not keep count, or I did it so many times it gave me a concussion. The room I had was one that was shown in the pictures of *********** and the pictures really are tarted up. The decor left a little to be desired, the toilet and shower were not enclosed and were within touching distance of the bed. Overall though, it’s a pretty decent and comfortable hotel!
