Réservation faite via booking pour 2 chambres et nous nous retrouvons logés à 200 m dans une annexe. Il s’agit d’un appartement divisé en 3 chambres Les chambres sont correctes mais l’immeuble est vieux, vétuste et se trouve dans une ruelle sale. Nous avions 2 chambres et la chambre restante était occupée par d’autres… nous aurions aimé etre prévenus !

Good end results!
When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell and waited a long time. After ringing many times, an attendant came to the desk (about 30 minutes later). He seemed unprepared for me, and left to find a room. After 15 minutes and me ringing the bell several times again, he came back. He was very nice, appologetic, and assigned a "room with a view". This was on the 4th floor with no elevator. The room's window openned to the view of a wall, and it was extremely hot with no air-conditioning. I went down stairs to request a refund. The attendant said he'd reassign me to the best room. This was on the 5rh floor, and it really was nice. The window opened to a balcony with a view over looking the city. It had a fan and the room cooled off quickly. Even though the service was slow, at first, the end results were a comfortable clean room located close to transportation and a 15 minute walk to Parc de la Tete d'Or. I would stay in that room again. The value for the room was also good.

A questo prezzo in centro a Lione non si poteva chiedere di più. Camera essenziale, ma pulita. Apprezzabile il parcheggio con un modesto supplemento.

Hôtel merveilleux. Insécurité dans la chambre
Hôtel et chambre très propres. Belle vue. Pas de séparation sur le balcon entre la chambre voisine et la mienne. Gênant car les volets ne sont pas sécurisants.

Dommage
personnel masculin pas concerné par le client, personnel féminin à l'écoute mais démunis de solutions . Nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude . L'hotel n'est pas bien entretenu les locaux ne sont pas très propre malgré me semble t'il une tentative de rénovation récente . Dommage car établissement bien placé dans un quartier agréable .

Acceuil super sympa de la part de la réceptionniste, mais après ça se dégrade. Chambre petite, lit en 140 bloqué entre deux tablettes, chambre rénovée je pense mais très kitch. Gros problème d insonorisation dans tout l hôtel , dés que votre voisin tousse par exemple ça s entend. Peinture qui s effritée dans la douche , douche qui est un sabot riquiqui, toiles d araignée . Bref hôtel pas terrible vieillot,
