酒店門頭還是漂亮的，穿的華麗的外衣。房間麼，就可以用臟亂差來評價了 ，
我晚上一點多入住酒店的，定的房間是高級大床，單價是226。門都關不上，房間裏中央空調開到最大都不暖，到早上起來想沖個澡出門辦事，兩個淋浴不能用，和酒店反應問題，酒店承認問題，就是不解決問題，説經理不在。前台，領班，都是用一句話來搪塞，（經理不在），沒有辦法，我着急🈶事就走了，出差多年，這樣的酒店，這樣的服務，真的很差，

春節期間入住，訂房選擇含雙早，辦理入住時候前台還告知早餐地點。結果第二天早上沒有早餐！早餐沒有開放！要求退早餐費用，前台服務員直接説你聯繫攜程平台吧，我衹好向攜程平台反饋，隨後就聽見前台服務員接到攜程平台的電話詢問早餐事宜，服務員直接説你聯繫我們經理吧，哇這真的是～還有入住給的第一間房間牆皮都是參差不齊的，感覺是壁紙掉落沒有補上，沒有記錯應該9樓的房間，後來要求換房，服務員還説這個不影響入住的，勸我們不要換房，再三要求後才給換了10樓的房間！還有酒店衹提供房間的2瓶礦泉水，如果需要得付錢購買，這個體驗也不好！
