+ great concept + bathtub in the middle of the room + clean + proseco as a part of stay + aux system - the receptionists were somewhere all of the time - not on the place. I needed to spend my time waiting for them and eventually calling them. Oh my, just have 2 of them - so someone can take care of me while you're minding your business - when we came into the room - there was a water next to the toilet entrance, also next to the shower cabin and the foot towel was all wet in there. When I asked for some assistance with that housemaid was claiming me taking shower not properly. I just came in there - I wasn't possible doing that 😕 They were trying to convince me with that and when I started loosing it after 10 minutes of polite talk, they agreed to wipe it and change the towel - toilet smelled like a cat peed all over it - "just scan the qr-code at your room if you need anything" - well guess what- it wasn't working. Not for me, neither for my significant other. So I need to go to the reception. And wait. And then call when I was tired of waiting - lights in the room which reacts on the sound. Well, that they call them. Because in fact they weren't properly. Almost never worked. Believe me, I'm a high screamer - breakfast- paid for 2. Wanted to go to Kryivka - guess what. At the restorant they told us they don't support breakfasts from Mazoh anymore. Nice. I wanted to have a breakfast exactly there. We ate on our own cash and then came back to the hotel - I asked them what is this. And asked to give me money back. The receptionist just told me to go to another place. I asked her to tell me where exactly to go. She just replied with - whenever you want. Nice - should I check all the places of they work with your hotel still??? I asked her to make a call and make sure they still work. She refused. Nice. Great customer service
