"Since we arrived at the hotel early, we checked in and left our luggage before heading out. When we came back to get our room key, the staff seemed a bit impatient when we asked them a question. Later, I checked my emails and realized they hadn't given us water bottles. When I went to the front desk to ask, the staff initially denied it, saying 'How could we not have given you any?' After explaining a few times, they finally provided them. However, the breakfast here was excellent!"

"I’m a woman who loves travelling solo, and this hotel made me feel very safe and comfortable. What I liked most is that you don’t have to pay a very high price for accommodation in a tourist city like Luzern, where hotels are usually quite expensive. This hotel offers great value for money while still providing a wonderful sense of privacy. Each room has a sliding door with a personal access code, which made me feel very secure and gave me complete privacy during my stay. Everything was clean, and all the staff were lovely and friendly. I really loved my experience here. I had such a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️"

"It's a capsule hotel just as the name suggests. Instructions are more or less clear, however the entry gate instruction was a bit unclear. Lockers are not numbered and common with a limited number of them available. Apart from it the kitchen was a bit underwhelming and so was the common room. It's okay for a bed to sleep that's all."
