The worst experience in a hotel! First of all you should know that there is no one to welcome us (which is normal since it is the principle of this type of hotel). In itself, this is not a problem provided that everything is done seriously (which is absolutely not the case here). During check-in, we are sent 2 access codes by message, except that we need 3 (well yes otherwise it's not funny). The first allows you to enter a small hall, so far so good. To enter the main hall we need a 2nd code, no luck, we don't have it. 1st call to smartflats, they tell us that they will find out...no news for a very long time. Luckily, a couple (who had the same problem as us, by the way) entered the building and gave us the code. Arriving at the door of our apartment, we say to each other finally! Well no. The code is correct but the door cylinder, which is also electronic, does not work. That’s crazy! 2nd call to smartflats. The lady tells us that she will contact the manager blablabla. What follows is a period of around 3 hours waiting at the door for a solution to be found. Despite multiple calls, nothing happens. The operator makes fun of us, walks us around, basically no use. We finally manage to get back, by a miracle by tinkering with the code, the cylinder. We take the opportunity to go back, because we don't want to sleep outside. But by repeating the experience, the miracle does not happen again. We say to ourselves too bad, we stay anyway, we'll see tomorrow if we find a solution. But surprise, the bed base is half broken 😢. We continue to call smartflats but no answer. Booking which we used for the reservation is of no use, does not help us. In short, it’s what we call doing it in.....! We had planned 3 nights, we did one on the mattress on the floor... Never go through them, the best thing to do if you are going to Luxembourg for a few days!
