Très médiocre
L’appartement était sale ( poussière, terrasse remplie de mégots, baie vitrée très sale). La poignée de la porte d’entrée était cassée tout comme la robinetterie de la cuisine. La pomme de douche était pleine de calcaire, laissant sortir juste deux petits jets d’eau. Pas de sur matelas ni protège oreillers.
Aucune instruction communiquée pour entrer dans le logement, il a fallu que j’appelle pour que l’on m’envoie les infos. Extérieur très bruyant à proximité aéroport et tram.0

Not worth it
Our experience was honestly terrible. We booked this as a last minute necessity and I regret not spending a little more money somewhere nicer. We were given the wrong code to retrieve our key from the lockbox. The front door was falling off its hinges and once we entered, the opposite side of the door handle was on the floor. Needless to say we didn’t feel safe staying here. Had to barricade the door to feel semi-ok spending a few hours here. The floors were dirty and there was a pee stain on the comforter on the pullout bed, along with another pee stain on the couch cushion. On the main bed, the sheets were lackluster with a towel-like material and a “fitted” sheet that wasn’t fitted nor covering the entirety of the bed. Plus, there was hair and dirt on the bed. There was only two bath towels for four of us. The shower door also did not seal properly so water would pool in the bathroom. There was also no extra blankets anywhere in the unit. At least the help number was accessible? Only plus.

Avoid this flat if you seek calm
The intermediate door does not open with given code called the call center which was not any help she promised to send me an email nothing received
The flat is in the airport route you hear planes landing till 2400 and from 0600
TV not showing any channels internet is ok
The kitchen is very good but the overall cleanliness isn’t good
Bed is older but ok
I don’t recommend this flat by the way it’s raining and a poor old homeless person is staying between the entry and intermediate door as both are not working properly
It’s a pity for Luxembourg

Terrible customer support
We booked 2 apartments.
In our property we found -
1) Sink was clogging so can't even brush the teeth
2) the shower door was broken so had to be super careful
3) Blood stain in the bedsheet, but the cleaner was very good. He immediately changed it.
4) No extra bedding for sofa bed.
When we messaged the property, all we heard back was - we are sorry to hear.

Organizar mejor
Buenos días a quienes forman parte de este empresa primeramente: el sitio y el aparthotel muy bien es amplio la zona también accesible.
En cuanto a limpieza de verdad muy sucio encontramos cosas de otras personas sucias no había sabanas hay que llevar de todo honestamente.
Mejoren en eso .

Entrance door broken and permanently open. Lift broken. Lock on apartment door tampered with. Apartment was dirty. No WiFi (they convince you there is but don’t be fooled). No remote for the tv. Soap dispensers empty. No hairdryer. No kettle. External electronic shutters broken, most of them in the closed position. Could be a fire exit risk. We contacted the company 4 times but nothing was resolved. It’s a real shame as it was a nice apartment but Smartflats just don’t seem to care.

Es lo peor de lo peor, el elevador no funciona, tuvimos que subir una cuarta planta con equipajes, de lo que ofrece la propiedad casi nada funciona, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, no habia gel de ducha, tuvimos que comprar al igual que el papel higiénico. A la hora de llegar a la propiedad tuvimos que llamar a ******* para que nos ayudaran a entrar porque no habíamos recibido los códigos, perdimos mas de 2 horas, le recomendamos a ******* que los eliminen de la lista porque son unos incompetentes, somos personas mayores y cón problemas cardíacos, osea que solo podiamos bajar y subir las escaleras una vez al día, vamos a hacerle un reclamo a la tarjeta de crédito por todos los inconvenientes que tuvimos en ese desastre de propiedad.

In die Wohnung wird Frischluft geblasen, die Anlage dafür ist extrem verkeimt und hat gerade bei Regen einen üblen Geruch. / Das Bad war erfreulich sauber, auf dem Teppich waren Unmengen Haare. / Der Kissenbezug hatte Flecken und an der Wand waren ebenfalls verdächtige Flecken. / Dreck in der Küchenschublade. / Nach mühsamem Check-In wurde behauptet, ich hätte nicht eingecheckt und müsse das noch einmal machen, 15 min später wurde das widerrufen. / Nachfüllen der Seife wurde zugesichert, geschah aber nie. / In der Küche fehlen essenzielle Dinge, z.B. ein Topf, Schwämme, Spülmaschinentabs. / Aufzug seit Jahren kaputt. / Tipp: Wenn die Außentür nicht öffnet (da Schließanlage dauerdefekt), muss man sie mit viel Kraft einfach aufschieben. / Schöner Balkon und an den Füßen sehr angenehme, nicht kalte Fliesen. / Bett bequem, nach französischer Art mit einer großen Bettdecke. / Von den Nachbarn haben wir nichts gehört.
