All round a great hotel stay. I travel alot with work so stay solo in hotels regularly. Naturally I have certain expectations because of this. Every time a lovely experience. Service is always warm, friendly and considerate. Prices are reasonable and the food is really lovely quality. A little obsessed with their seabass at the moment!

Great hotel for the price, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable, the bar was well stocked and beer good, if your a scotch drinker you’re be staggered by the selection, most of all the staff were very helpful and friendly, I would stay again.

A lovely meal with friends, beautifully cooked sea bass with nice trimmings and lovely choice of puddings at a very reasonable price. Add to this good service from two friendly waitresses, a memorable evening.

Really disappointing as reviews good so assume most are for the restaurant and don’t want others to have same problems. The room stuck in a 1989’s time warp and was was tiny, sagging mattress showing two body prints, dirty old carpet with not even space for a wardrobe, mouldy bathroom, boiling hot with no way of turning heater down, public parking a pain as have to pay remember to pay from 7am-6pm. Maybe some rooms are better but can’t understand high rating though not verified

We had the Christmas Evening menu, it was really good and great value . The food was excellent and hot , with plenty of vegetables, roast potatoes and extra gravy. Can safely say this was the best dinner I have had in a long time. Would highly recommend you give it a try.

Loved everything about this Inn. Stayed for 4 nights, such a welcome for me! Luggage carried up to my room, quiet room as requested at the back. Great breakfast, continental plus full English. Very friendly staff, lovely atmosphere in the bar around dinner time; menu ideal, not expensive and you can eat in the bar (functions on in the dining room some nights). The Courtyard all lit up with Christmas lights, ivy and trees - such ideal.

The bed was extremely comfortable, love the look of the old oak beams, food was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful, The hotel as a whole was very clean and well looked after, lots of praise from my end.

Old tired accommodation. In need of fresh decor and either new or cleaned carpets. Room too hot even with window open with no availability of turning the heating down. One each of hand towel bath towel and bath sheet so good job I am relatively small as the bath towel was only just sufficient. Only one hot chocolate so perhaps they were only expecting one guest? Kettle was dirty and had left Iover water from previously. Area around sink also dirty. Bed was comfortable. Bar was well stocked with whiskey ! Breakfast good though I like my eggs "un snotty'

We were driving through Lutterworth & stopped for a lunchtime drink at the gorgeous old Coaching Inn The Greyhound , So amazing outside & also inside . Staff were so friendly & customers too, we spent a long time in there talking to people & admiring the ambience. Highly recommended.
