This Hotel offers everything you could need on site. The rooms are spacious, comfortable an finished to a high standard. All of the staff provide a high standard and friendly service, they cannot do enough for you. The hotel food in either of the restaurants is to a very high standard as well. Highly recommended.

It was the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and both stays were fabulous. The check in and out procedure was very quick. The rooms are amazing, size wise and also amenities! Fully equipped kitchen, affordable mini bar and even a washing machine available to you. The bed is simply luxurious! The spa is fantastic, especially foot spa and neck and shoulder massages. The food is excellent and the choice is huge. The hotel is located right across the big shopping mall, which is super useful if you need a supermarket, pharmacy or explore other restaurants. Highly recommend the hotel!

Excellent customer service, delicious food, spacious rooms and tranquil environment. Loved every piece of it!!!! The hotel is in the heart of Lusaka, Zambia where everything is easily accessible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms are amazing, all are suites. Beds really comfortable. I was very happy with staff and service and breakfast and location. The gym is great and there is a pool. It’s well located in the city and I really enjoyed my stay and would come back !

The rooms are huge and offer a gorgeous view of Lusaka. The food is excellent and varied, both for breakfast and lunch is it hard to find a more complete gamma of delicious options. On returning to my room, I always found a cake waiting for me, which is appreciated. The central location opposite Manda Hill is convenient to reach any side of Lusaka, and provides a safe environment.

The rooms, interior, kitchenette, bathroom were spacious and luxurious. Enjoyed the stay. You cannot force a customer to write a minimum of 200 characters. Except this I enjoyed the stay. Food was good too, but I enjoyed because I'm.Unduan, cannot say the same about others.

We had such a great time at the hotel. Everyone absolutely everyone of the employees were professional and very friendly. They upgraded our room to a premium room suited for a couple on vacation. The food was excellent, every dish we had was fresh and tasty. The following staff that went above and beyond Rich, Abraham, the chef, spa staff just to name a few we thank you for a great job well done. My husband and I will be back to visit from Florida very soon.
