Comparing the accommodations of several hotels during this trip to Henan, I was particularly impressed by the reception staff of this hotel. They all greeted me with a smile, especially Manager Han, who was very considerate and enthusiastic in introducing food guides! The service of other hotel staff was also very good. The hotel room was generally satisfactory, with a Chinese style. The hotel also delivered fruits and snacks every day, which were all loved by children. This service also added points. The only problem was that the curtains in the bathroom were probably stained by frequent splashes of bath water. I couldn't bear to look at them. I suggest improvements!
