民宿（房間）為集裝型獨棟/獨套房，位於九龍瀑布羣景區內，房外環境非常優美、安靜。同屬於景區運營公司，可以通過訂房帶門票。停車方便即景區公共停車場，電瓶車接送到房間和停車場或餐廳，套餐式早餐，味道不錯，民宿的餐廳可解決午晚餐，菜的味道也不錯，價格不算貴。但可能集裝式房的原因，訂的雙床房空間不算小，有較大的吧枱、但擱行李包的位置很小，空調機聲音較大、房間內不時有類似冰融化時的嗶剝聲（可能熱脹冷縮的原因），電視系統不夠友好（沒有傳統的實播電視節目，如央視各頻道）。

獨棟小院，環境就在景區內，管家服務熱情周到，接送很及時，晚上有瀑布燈光秀，早上錯峯去逛景區很便捷。早餐也比較豐富。

環境不錯，在景區裏。酒店設施、配套和服務很一般，要啥啥沒有。主要是吃飯不方便，所以本來訂了兩天，結果衹住了一天就退房了。
