Honestly this was our family favorite campground it hosted so many amazing memories and then they switched owners. Since switching owners they have gone severely down hill! This is where my husband proposed to me, we wanted to spend the weekend of our wedding down at this campground we wanted to have a little mini reception thinking they would be more than willing for that and I find out that they will not allow that and are not okay with that and due to arguing over the reception they refuse to even let my family rent a site there for the weekend. I highly DO NOT recommend staying there!

Stayed at cabin 3, spent the whole weekend reading thru my summer book-list. This cabin had a big deck which was nice because the cabin itself is not too big. The pool, washrooms/showers, laundry bulding, everything was super clean. Perfect for a solo traveller who wants a quiet/relaxing weekend getaway.

Beautiful spot. Came over and camped with my friends. Had a relaxing weekend :) We want to try renting a cabin next time. I left this review on Google as well, but this campground has lots of trees and really private.

A whole bunch of us stayed here two weekends ago. The RV sites were conveniently located and it was easy to park on our pull-thrus. Ice and was really cheap and the pool was clean!! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend their weekend just chillin and relaxing.

Our family loves this campground. Everyone is so friendly and the campground has amazing facilities. The playground is in the shade so kids love it in the summertime. If you like nature, this is the place.

Awesome private spot. We stayed another night because we liked it so much. Swimming pool, public facilities all well-maintained. My local friend introduced this place to us and now Im introducing it to all my other friends!

We come here often for our family camping. We absolutely love it here. We have already booked sites for this coming summer ! So stoked There is a small pond as well, although we cannot go in there it is still nice to have that.

I travelled with my family a bit early this season. The weather was nice and the campground was absolutely beautiful. Lots of trees and shades, and friendly people staying. I visited this campground many years ago but it is so much better now. The public facility was so clean. Deff coming back again in July

My husband and I were seasonal’s at this campground for only one year under the new owners management. Stay away from this place, it’s bad news and they DO NOT represent the maritime hospitality that us east coasters are a custom to. I am a film student, and was filming around to document the Nova Scotia housing crisis (as a lot of people rely on camping in the summer months) the owner got mad because I was filming and physically lunged at me to get the camera out of my hand. Other campers had to hold him back from assaulting me. Needless to say that was our last year there, we will never go back along with 15-20 other seasonal’s who pulled out this year. We were quiet campers, hardly ever there and when we were, we were in bed by 9:30-10pm. We kept to ourselves and respected other campers. Their facilities were always dirty and gross, the pool had a constant oily film layer on top and they poured straight bleach in it. They kicked the seasonal kids off the playground the first day of fall even though the campground doesn’t close until October 15th. They are shady people (not from Nova Scotia) and kicked everyone out who was not the same colour as them, who was *** or had tattoos or didn’t agree with them in any way. This campground feels like a cover / front for a drug money laundering operation. There is no way an actual ‘business’ could ever treat their customers the way they treated everyone there this year! You would often see Sam, the owner peaking in the bushes all hours of the night, it was super creepy and unsettling as he acted like a predator. There is no sense of customer service and it feels like a prison camp.
