"Pros: The staff are friendly, it’s quiet and there’s a laundry room. Cons: The room was filthy, with cobwebs full of dead and live spiders. On the first night I had to kill some moths, and you could see from the walls that I wasn’t the first to do so. The first photo of the hotel on Trip isn’t the hotel at all; it’s the building next door (there’s a communal area between the two buildings, but that’s all). Overall, I won’t be going back."

"Absolutely terrible experience. No customer service at all, tried calling multiple times, no answer. The place is incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep. Definitely not worth the money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone."

"Very nice hotel, but the windows are small and there is a small attic which is a bit cramped. It is very good to have a cooking area, not too close to Luna c. The breakfast is good, but the staff always stand in front of you, which makes people feel a little uncomfortable."
