This is my 1st stay at this property. Pleased that DoubleTree standards are observed making it a pleasant 2 nights stay. The friendly smiling staff from concierge to front office to grounds maintenance staff to F&B staff was a nice surprise. The property is well maintained & clean with modern elements noted through out. The rooms are clean and well equipped with decent & essential amenities ( which some resorts are now no longer providing ) However ,buffet breakfast tasted better than ala carte dinner at Makan Kitchen. This is more a young family type of hotel , so if you are looking for a quiet down time by the pool - this property is not the ideal choice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Hope the good service level will always be maintained .

Courteous staff and very helpful. Clean and cosy place but really secluded, need owned transport to get around. Monkeys did their business on our car parked at parking area.
