I was already feeling down, but when I checked into this hotel early, the moment I stepped in and saw the view from the lobby, my mood instantly brightened. The hotel is very convenient for those driving, as the parking lot is spacious enough for both large and small vehicles, so there's no need to fight for a spot. The rooms are simply yet stylishly decorated, very clean, and the furnishings are all new. If you need anything, the staff responds quickly and their attitude is genuine. The complimentary photoshoot offered by the hotel was also a pleasant surprise; the photographer wasn't rushed, allowing for a very relaxed experience. The steamed buns with braised pork at breakfast were delicious 😋, and I even saw lemons 🍋 in the backyard! Surprises everywhere!"

"I checked into the hotel on the evening of January 31st. My room was on the second floor, near the air conditioner unit, and the noise from the unit was quite loud, severely affecting my rest. Since I had already used the room, I couldn't request a change, resulting in noise disturbance all night. I hope the hotel can be more attentive in room allocation to avoid similar situations. The hotel customer service clearly stated that breakfast would be served from 7:00 AM, and this was confirmed repeatedly. However, when I arrived at the restaurant at 7:10 AM the next day, breakfast was not yet ready. Only one chef was busy, while the other staff were idle, even making noise at the restaurant reception, disrupting the dining atmosphere. I hope the hotel will strengthen the sense of responsibility and service awareness of its staff to ensure breakfast is served on time and to provide guests with a good dining experience. When I tried to check out at 7:50 AM, the front desk was unattended, and the lobby was empty. Because I was in a hurry, I had to leave my room key next to the computer at the front desk. I hope the hotel will rationally allocate front desk staff to avoid guests encountering situations where no one is there to assist them upon check-out. The parking lot exit gate was unattended, preventing vehicles from leaving normally. Ultimately, the passenger had to park the car back in the crowded parking space and search for staff to resolve the issue. Finally, a cleaning lady helped wake up the front desk staff, and only after entering the license plate number could the passenger leave. It is hoped that the hotel will strengthen its parking lot management and ensure that there are dedicated personnel on duty at the entrance to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to guests. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the exterior is also aesthetically pleasing, but there are some issues with service quality and internal management. It is hoped that the hotel management will pay attention to these issues, strengthen systematic training for employees, improve their service awareness and sense of responsibility, and optimize internal management processes to provide higher quality and more efficient service and enhance the overall guest experience."
