DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, PICTURES ARE DIFFERENT TO ACTUAL ROOM! This was the worst hotel we booked in India. It was so mouldy and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and smelly. The bedding had stains over the sheets and duvet. When you lay on bed you sink in the middle of the bed. There were bugs coming out from near the head board and under the bed. It was horrid do not book. Pictures are deceiving on the site. The mall looks all modern and clean but hotel is horrendous

The staff was rude and inconsiderate and talked rudely with my mother because she ordered multiple things for the complimentary breakfast and urged her to order in one go instead of taking time. The geyser was also not working.

It was a great experience, i checked-in late in the hotel but there was no issue in the check in or check out. The staff was very professional, they helped me out with everything i didnt understand because it was my first time staying at a hotel by myself. The room was clean and fresh. So yeah, overall a great experience

Reception person was sleeping instead of working and told us that no one is allowed to leave the building after 1 which is not at all right

Room was good but could be better(i have booked non view rooms maybe this will be the reason, i haven't tried their food so can't say about that, staffs were also polite and professional, so overall experience was good.

Tv not working, no locks on door and washroom, dirty rooms, smell in room as room as adjoining kitchen, floors dirty, towel dirty, no mini bar, can't set temperature of ac because of centralised ac. Temperature is fixed, no geyser, taps pres-sue is very very low.
