Fantastic experience, got at fantastic place, hence it worked out to be value for money deal. Stay in Taj Lucknow was pleasant and memorable. This heritage hotel in the heart of Lucknow city shines because of its old-world charm, excellent service. Check in was so smooth as like how they warm welcomes you, Ms. Nidhi Singh(Duty Manager) all of them left a lasting impression. Front desk team looks very professional in terms of guest handling Great and friendly staff especially Ms. Anshika , Mr. Sudhir , Mr. Yogesh & Mr. Bushra. Mr. Ravi & Mr. Ranjeet Singh both handled everything very well and made sure that guests had nothing to complain. I had an amazing dining experience at Hotel Lucknow. Chef Devendra & Chef Deepak culinary skills brought out flavors that delighted my taste buds (Jain Food ) and the service provided by was exceptional. The jain food was prepared with great attention to detail and showcased the chef's talent. Attentive service and knowledge of the menu added to the overall. Specially I want to thanks the hotel for the wonderful suprise birthday celebration done for my wife. It wa a grateful and heartfelt birthday wishes. Good Heritage taj property with excellent staff and well-kept rooms. Both in room dining and housekeeping are very courteous. Good food and ambience completes your perfect stay experience. The Taj staff is big part of your good stay experience. Overall, I would recommend Taj Lucknow to anyone who wishes to experience Lucknow from a different perspective. Barring some minor issues, the entire stay was memorable and we will certainly visit this property again in the future.

We had booked Renaissance via Trip.com and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service de***ded. It's a place worth coming again...

Hilton Lucknow at Vibhuti Khand Gonti Nagar….a neat clean quiet and comfortable hotel with all modern amenities. But the best part is the excellent staff wherein all of them live up to the Lucknavi tehzeeb of politeness and silent efficiency….many thanks to Yogeshwar Sir for accommodating a last minute request.
