Ci siamo trovati molto bene Palazzo nel centro storico di Lucca, vicino a ristoranti e luoghi d'interesse Le camere sono pulite luminose e dotate di ogni comfort. La colazione è ben fornita,torte fatte in casa dalla signora Ingrid, una perfetta padrona di casa,molto gentile e disponibile Ci tornerei ancora e quindi lo consiglio. Complimenti!!

This charming, perfectly located hotel has well appointed rooms, a lovely, caring staff and a wonderful breakfast to start the day. Located on Via Fillunga, you are in the heart of Lucca. Dolce Marta and Dolce Ingrid are a delight - helpful, kind, fun and both speak excellent English. I loved staying at this wonderful hotel.

Hotel molto curato e pulito, in posizione centralissima. Abbiamo girato 2 giorni sempre a piedi! Camera molto grande e confortevole, compreso il bagno con una stupenda vasca idromassaggio. Colazione buonissima e molto attenti alle varie allergie/intolleranze. Ci hanno preparato una postazione esclusivamente senza glutine, con tanto di tostapane separato dagli altri. Lo consiglio!

We had a perfectly lovely stay at this warm and welcoming hotel. The entire premises were as clean and tidy as one could ever hope for. Marta was always cordial, helpful and a joy to converse with. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The included breakfast never failed to delight, especially the delicious croissants and coffee. Every aspect of our stay was a complete delight. I have no qualms whatsoever in giving this thoroughly charming accommodation my highest recommendation.

Amazing hotel
Amazing place with lots of history. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel's parking was a little bit difficult to find but the owner explains it very well.

Noisy location
The NOISE at this location is unbearable. I’m a late night person but the drunken, loud younger people in the streets below this apartment made for a miserable stay. This is NOTthe hotel location. It’s a little trek from the property, in a building near the intersection of two party streets. It was truly a disastrous stay. No rest. And I tried sleeping pills and good silicone earplugs. Still, the noise until two or 3 AM was crazy.

Lovely hotel in the town centre
Lovely old hotel in centre of the historic town. Lovely comfy bed. Delicious breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good gluten free selection.
Helpfully provided earplugs as quite lively street at night! Don’t let that put you off though.
