I came to this establishment a week ago to do an application and they told me that they were going to reach back out to me and failed to do that then when I call, they get an attitude with me and expected me to continue to wait on them after they told me they’re doing interviews when I’ve done my application weeks ago I think it’s very unorganized and very unprofessional

Clean, comfortable room...easy walk to the Convention Center. Staffing was a bit of an issue as there was only one person working in the restaurant. Variety of food for meals was average. If you're staying more than a couple of days, it is a challenge. Guest rooms were clean, comfortable bed.

This was the perfect location to host our training. Every encounter with staff here has been positive. The customer service here is outstanding. The rooms are clean and quiet and the entire place is super clean. It is in a great location and close to the airport and restaurants. Their breakfast is great.

I feel very lucky to have ended up staying at the MCM Elegante. I booked this hotel for a conference at the convention center and was worried at first. I had booked late, and the other event hotels were full. My stay ended up being wonderfully beyond my expectations. First, it is across the street from the convention center, so extremely convenient without a car. Second, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time and was offered coffee while I waited. I was able to have a nice lunch in the on-site restaurant and safely stored my luggage until my room was ready. I travel a lot, and this hotel offered the best shuttle service I've experienced. I was not only provided free and quick transport to and from the airport, but I was also offered transportation to and from the Texas Tech campus for a scheduled event that I was attending at the university. Lastly, everything was clean and comfortable. The rooms are huge compared to many other hotels and well kept. I would no doubt stay here again if in Lubbock.

The MCM Elegante in Lubbock was a very good place to stay! Easy to locate, close to theaters and other event locations. A very nice free breakfast with made to order omelets upon request in a tucked away room with plenty of seating. Staff was welcoming and ready to help with any needs. They offer nice rooms and also have suites available if you want something special. We will surely return when in town!

After a 16 hr drive we arrived very early to our check in time. They found us a room and let us check in early so we could rest. That was huge to me. Everything else was fine and we were happy. If ever back in this area again we will stay here.

Last minute reservation resulted in above expectation experience! Super support of the Dog Show; pet policy friendly. Seriously clean rooms, public areas, parking lot, and pet potty area. Outgoing, helpful, and understanding Staff, even when one of your beagles pulls lose and races around the entire first floor hallways one and one-half circuit. Omelet chef was an artist and entertainer. Amazing breakfast; FREE. Walking distance to Civic center and a few blocks from traveler shopping stops. Best travel experience since the first class upgrade on flight to UK 30 years ago.

The beds were awesome! The place was completely booked, yet the staff showed no frustration. They were friendly and helpful. The food at Rustlers( in-house dining) was excellent. The chef jokingly told the bartender if he dropped one more thing that day he was going to fire himself. I told him immediately that he could not! Breakfast was packed. The staff was keeping up really well. They ran out of forks as we were coming through the line, but before we could tell someone, a staff member comes rushing out with a basket of clean ones. Yes gas's dishes and real flatware, not plastic unless you wanted it for children or to go. I will happily stay there again and at some of their other locations.

This is one of my favorite layovers in Lubbock, the city where singer Buddy Holly is from. The associates (shuttle drivers, front Desk, restaurants, and housekeeping) are kind and friendly. Complimentary breakfast is a plus since hotel stayers can save money on the first meal of the day. The omelettes are bomb where you get to watch the cook create his magic.
