The boss helped us make an appointment for 6 people, which costs 12W per person. We also went to Dazhou on the way. I fed the elephants in the Elephant Garden, and went to the internet-famous Rice Field Coffee on the way back from Xiguan Waterfall. The location of his house is great. The surroundings of the hotel are pleasant, quiet and convenient. Secondly, Villa Monsone is a wonderful building in itself. Every detail shows the care and taste of the hotel management team. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's swimming pool and terrace, which provided a peaceful and relaxing environment to enjoy the sun and views. The service is also impeccable. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the staff gave me warm and thoughtful care. They were always ready to help and were always there to make sure my needs were met. Their professional quality and friendly attitude made me feel at home.

If you stay for 2 nights, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the old city, which is always available. There is a large supermarket 200 meters away from the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. There are many geckos on the hotel porch, and geckos eat mosquitoes, so the mosquitoes in this hotel are not bad. The rice noodles for breakfast are delicious😋The horn butter homemade jam is delicious😋The only drawback is that the air conditioner is too loud. I later switched to Softile, but there were a lot of mosquitoes, and dead mosquitoes could be seen on the sheets; and Softile’s free bus runs at a fixed time every day, and the place is very quiet, but you can’t get a tutu bus when you go out. In comparison, I prefer Suhada Hotel, which is small and spacious. Exquisite and convenient for travel; when you are done shopping, call the front desk and ask the driver to pick you up; you can also hire a tutu car at the door of the hotel.

We spent 3 nights in this small hotel. The rooms are correct, clean but very spacious. The staff is very nice and despite the language barrier, try to satisfy us as best as possible. Love the location which is directly by the riverside and quieter area but doesn’t compromise the proximity to Wat Xiengthong and the tourist street. We eat the same things for breakfast daily but thanks to the gorgeous view and pleasant weather , everything was cool. Room is spacious and even has a bathtub. However the TV is tiny and far away from the bed which makes it impractical to watch tv from bed.

This is one of the best guest houses I have ever stayed in! It was simply sublime! The location was perfect and serene, our room had a balcony overlooking the Mekong River. The breakfast each morning was beautifully set up right on the banks on the river and the selection was great! The food was so delicious. The true highlight of our stay was the proprietor of the guesthouse, Cuong. He was so helpful and friendly and really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was the most incredible one ever. We received a welcome drink of fresh watermelon juice on arrival and he immediately pulled up a map and marked all the points of interest for us. He would always check in with us everyday to see how we were enjoying our stay but it didn’t feel impersonal, it was like chatting with a friend. He also helped to arrange transport and there were bikes that were free to use for guests. One particularly memorable moment was when we came back from the waterfalls and said to Cuong that we were exhausted from being out in the sun and he arrived to our room a few minutes later with complimentary watermelon juice! It was such a wonderful and unforgettable experience! I highly recommend staying here for the perfect Luang Prabang getaway!
