Fourth day of our honeymoon organized by Turisanda, we stop in Malang, where we find our hotel waiting for us. Tired from the journey, after hours on the train and bus, we hope to finally take a shower and lie down in bed, but unfortunately, the room assigned to us will reserve an unpleasant surprise for us. Bathroom with tub and curtain dirty with hair and stained and dirty sheets. I decide to go to reception and explain the problem, and without hesitation they decide to change my room with a similar one. After being accompanied to the new room by the reception staff, I noticed with displeasure in front of them that the new room presents the same problems. They then changed the sheets several times until they finally found clean, stain-free ones and the towels. As per Indonesian custom, the staff were very kind and friendly in listening to our requests, and apologized several times, and I was also offered the suite. The hotel appears new and the reception is very spacious and large, it has a swimming pool and friendly staff, but it has an obvious problem with the laundry, and certainly, the cleanliness standards do not reflect those of a 4 star in any other location in the world. I don't feel like recommending it for stays longer than 1/2 night in malang.

The service is good and the staff is ramah2. . Strategic location .. the rooms, toilets and guesthouse places are clean so comfortable staying here feels like a second home .. the only thing is that the wifi is a bit slow. I don't know breakfast because I didn't order with breakfast. Next time to malang will choose this guesthouse again for staycation :)

I have stayed here 2 times before but I think this time is the worst. Many telvon crews knock on the room. It is very annoying if consumers are resting and sleeping. There is a wa number, you can call via wa. At half past 11 o'clock, it was checked in. It was obviously not going on. It's very noisy, the crew has parking problems too. The parking narrow fields are checked in. Very rude. Even warm water is warm when it has been brewed for a long time

The place is very strategic, there are a lot of food around, beside Alfa mart. Suitable for you who are backpacking travelers and do not bring vehicles. If you bring a private vehicle, the parking lot is not supported because it is narrow, a little and hot even though there is someone to take care of at night. I had a bad stay in here. The room was not sound proof enough; we can hear anyone running around in front of and above our room loudly and the receptionist did not give a d*** about it. TV and Internet quality were bad. If you want extra pillows, please think again. They have a fee for it! I am not recommending this hotels to anyone. With the room rates they have, you can find better hotels or guest houses nearby. I am regretted deciding to stay at this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the location is close to city's main road.
